How to fix SaveTiks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SaveTiks app on iPhone
Update SaveTiks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SaveTiks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SaveTiks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SaveTiks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SaveTiks Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SaveTiks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SaveTiks App
1. On android, goto Settings » SaveTiks » click [Force Stop]

Update SaveTiks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SaveTiks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SaveTiks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SaveTiks.

Fix SaveTiks unable to contact server/ SaveTiks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SaveTiks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SaveTiks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SaveTiks
