Not for weight loss

There are some great stretches in here for flexibility. But there’s nothing for weight loss. Unless you’ve been sitting on your couch for the past 10 years and haven’t moved further from there to the refrigerator to the bathroom, there’s not much exercise involved, as I said, mainly stretching. The poses are not described at all, so unless you’ve ever done yoga, you don’t know what you’re supposed to be doing when they tell you to get into a position (I have beginner level knowledge). Disappointed. Will not renew the yearly subscription, if I can get back what I paid, I’d be happy to give up YogaFit . Sorry folks. And you can’t even leave a review because you need a Nick name and any combo of letters/ numbers is taken! What a joke

New yogi

I am so new to the yoga world, well in this current body shape anyway. No longer able to work has done a number on me. Not to mention “the BIG change” we, as females go thru, really packed on the pounds. I love the fact it’s FREE and I can do it in my time anywhere I find my space. Can’t wait for the weather to be warmer, I can take it outside! It’s easy to follow instruction, and doesn’t take too long. Before you know it you’re done and wanting to do more.

Great for beginners

Just started using so I haven’t seen any results. Mostly using this to learn basic moves since I’m very new to yoga. So far it been a great tool to help me start.

This is a quick and meaningful workout completed in 10 min or less!

This is the only yoga app I’ve found that is truly free. It does what I need. I like being able to choose the time length & that it does the thinking for me.

Best app

I love YogaFit the lessons are short a really easy plus I love that the instructor doesn’t talk a lot so I get to relax and listen to the music while I focus on my breathing and I lost a lot of weight doing these exercises

BEST APP EVER!!!!!!!!!!

This is the first app that I used where I haven’t stopped after the first couple of poses cause I was out of breath. If you have nots in your neck or is just out of place I recommend using YogaFit. I give YogaFit a 11 out of 10!!

Awesome App!!

I love YogaFit. I don’t have much time so I like that the sessions are short. I also like how it tells you what’s coming up next. There’s a calendar to keep your progresses and its 100% free. Totally recommend it!!

Good but…

You can only skip once. Some of these are not for anyone that’s a beginning and you should be able to skip them. Not everyone can left their leg over their head

Just What I Needed!

After only 3 uses in the first week, I noticed an improvement in my strength and flexibility. Subtle improvements, but still. I hope to be able to post again about weight loss and increased flexibility.

Easy to follow

Easy to follow in app for activities, good small workouts. Put them all together you have a good daily workout. Like that it’s free but has the ability to grow. Before I pay I want to make sure I can use and follow through.

Perfect stretch, strength and balance workout

I’ve practiced yoga for many years. Being of a mature age, I need a manageable routine. This program gives me control and results. It’s clearly moderated and depicted, it’s easy to follow, and portable. There’s no special equipment needed besides a yoga mat. I appreciate this for a great workout.

Finally found an app for yoga!

I love YogaFit. I am a beginner and so many were too difficult for me. This one challenges me appropriately. It is broken down by levels as well as areas you want to focus on. I have been working my core and feel great!

Great intro lessons for newbies

For someone who’s never done yoga before, but always wanted to try, this was the perfect way to get started. Not only is it making me feel more aware about my body, it’s making me feel stronger and the music that goes with the exercise routines really centers me for the day.

This is truly been the best app , I have found! It’s exactly the same as going to the yoga classes . I get to practice each yoga pose and perfect them in the Comfort of my own home. Due to Covid the yoga studio was closed but thanks to YogaFit I can still reach my body goals. Thanks for making YogaFit so easy for all ages to use.

I had looked at a lot of other yoga apps, and they all cost money. This one was exactly what I was looking for, and it was free! Definitely recommend if you are a beginner and looking for a good guide, also I love the way it’s set up it gives you breaks in between each pose!
