Doesn’t even work.
soooo fed up with this app. it never remembers my password, so i’ve been locked out and had to reset it multiple times. even when i DO get to signing in, the app tells me i have 0 scheduled appointments, 0 past visits, further meaning i have 0 updates and past records that should be tied with my account— and to top it off, it won’t even let me choose a location close to me to select as my clinic. ^ NONE of this makes sense, because my email is linked to both my account and patient portal stored within pph’s systems. i’ve gone to my own clinic, multiple times, asking why the app doesn’t show any of my information, and all i’ve received is shrugs, “i don’t know”s and “i’m not sure”s. insanely bothersome and i’ve found 0 solutions. please, fix this app. i would very much like to see my own health information when i get their updates. thank you.
