App hangs up, II
Just downloaded the app, won’t let me scroll down to acknowledge it’s a concern, but not an emergency. What’s wrong with PG&E? My neighbor’s oak tree dropped a limb and knocked out power to over 6,000 customers last Sunday. PG&E wouldn’t allow them to hire an arborist (too close to their lines) and they have been aware of the problem for months. Poor neighbors had no options, how expensive is it to do an emergency repair to the power lines and all the other utility lines???

Upon my first use of the app, I could not complete past my first screen because “PG & E could not recognize my email address, and offered me to get on a waiting list” Get on a waiting list to report a hazard? What a waste of time
