Cute but too many bugs…

I don’t usually leave reviews and I really do like this game, but it’s bugs are too many for me to ignore after the last 2 updates. Most alarmingly, I lost access to the farm- the main source of carrots (money) in the game. A collecting idle game without money to collect things with is an obvious issue. Whenever I click on the farm the screen becomes black and I cannot click on anything. I have to quit and restart the game and I usually get booted to the previous location I was in before I tried to go the the farm or Moca’s house. Also things from my inventory went missing and they aren’t in the lost and found, like my pliers. It is not in the lost and found, I checked many times. I now cannot complete the Benny pen event or interact with my bonsai. I cannot seem to be able to interact with most objects anymore. For example, though I can open a cassette player, I cannot put any tapes in even though I have 3. I seen others play with snow, but cannot do that myself. Least important is when I put certain items into Dawn’s new star furniture machine, it freezes up and I have to take everything out for it to work again. I was considering buying homecoming too because I wanted all the cool furniture, but I cannot justify spending 15 dollars on a game that barely works right now.

Bugs and Developers never respond

Seems like with every update there's always bugs. I didn't know this was EA. I also just adore how there's no easy way to contact about problems to the game and they have an email for what reason exactly ? Apparently it's to ignore everyone who tries emailing them because every time I've tried talking about a problem with the game never get a response.
The game itself is cute. Their other Tsuki game is confusing to play, fishing is ridiculously stupid and there's no guides on it either. You can really tell they don't give attention to the games.
Obtaining carrots is difficult but they obviously just want you to spend money. There are these little toys you can collect in game, haven't been able to finish them. Nothing is really interactive, sometimes you get cute events. I can't stand Moca and Chi is rather annoying too. Prices for selling things is bad.
I will more than likely delete the game soon before they patch, if they even bother, the bug that makes it impossible to get rid of furniture in your own house. It shuts the game down. It's a sweet game but I'm so tired of playing something made by people who don't give any attention to their customers or game. Wouldn't spend one cent on this, it's not worth it.

great, but developers hold the game back

i love this game. the art style is incredible, and it has a lot of the same appeal as animal crossing console games. cozy farming, fishing, decorating and (dare i say far more interesting) chit chat with npcs. BUT the development team is getting greedy. they prioritize short events to milk money out of players rather than actually adding content to the game. i could be wrong, but i thought shop rerolls were smth i paid for with the expansion. removing them and replacing them with tickets (which you have to wait to roll for!) is unfair to players. i was already disappointed with how long it took for certain furniture to show up, even with 3 rerolls a day. i appreciate the new mail order system, but a 50% markup is kind of insane, and it doesn't help to find new things. the reroll issue also wouldn't be so much of a problem on its own but the new event collection sheet for rewards is very annoying. i would be much more inclined to pay real money on carrots if they, i don't know, implemented destinations with unique shops for the train station that is already in the game. not just to fill out a collection sheet. if the game continues down this path i could easily see myself getting bored and quitting

Help 🫠

Overall both tsuki games are some of my favorite games, I get excited to see what all of my little creatures have been up to while I’m away but it is very clearly still a work in progress. However there are things that I find pretty unacceptable.. I consistently Click both Camille and the salesmen but recently most of the time they give me the error message.. which wouldn’t be a problem generally but it still will play all of the ads even if reclicked with 0 compensation. I continue to try to watch them because I’m running low on carrots but the amount of time I’ve wasted making them money to get nothing in return is getting a little ridiculous. (I would also like to state that I have spent a fair amount of money for an app that practically steals my time 🥲) I DO LOVE THIS GAME It’s just getting frustrating to sit there for 5 minutes trying over and over again just for it not to work MOST of the time

UPDATE: I just posted this a few minutes ago and then went to design my home. A couple of the items were auto put into my inventory from lack of build space while setting the object down which is not a problem.. but I went to go find them and they have vanished 🤷🏻‍♀️

Help me my game is falling apart 😩🥲

Love it for the most part

Overall a super cute game. I love the characters and how everyone has their own personality and I adore that Tsuki is his own individual person. Also enjoy that there are no ads if you don’t wanna watch them. The only minor details I could say are that Yori should have more in his shop at once or it should cycle through items more frequently and the price for wallpapers and floors should drop slightly. There should also be a bigger purpose for Rathews place and Bobos/ Momos area. You can go and talk to them but that’s about it n they shoo you away quickly. Maybe more dialogue options for everyone as well. Missions would be kinda nice so the game has more purpose cause it gets kinda repetitive after 5 minutes. Overall I love it though. However with this new winter update I haven’t been able to play. I try to open TsukisOdyssey and it closes after being nothing but a grey screen for 30 seconds. Idk if that will fix itself but it makes me sad. I do love the game though as it’s a very nice way to relax and not worry about anything but my rabbit and his treehouse

Really like it so far!

Omg, I love this game already. A little slow at first and a can be a bit boring, but it’s so adorable. I love how Tsuki goes about his business doing whatever he wants with the items you collect for him and absolutely love the decorating aspect of it. The furniture and graphics are just too cute. It’s like a more relaxing and laid back version of Animal Crossing, but without all the annoying crafting. I just wish items weren’t so expensive in relation to how many carrots you harvest and there were more things to do than just fish for a free minutes, automatically collect carrots, and watch ads. A few other reviewers suggested quests, daily goals, and mini games, which I think are great ideas. I feel like this is such a cute game, but many people would probably get tired of how little there is to do in it. I understand it’s an idle game, but it seems a little TOO idle. Maybe some things to keep the players more engaged would help. Anyway, look forward to what’s to come and future updates! Also crossing my fingers there’s some Halloween, fall, and Christmas related activities or items in Yori’s shop!

BEST GAME EVER!

I have been playing this game for a while now and it keeps getting better and better. I love the variety of furniture sets and the secret furniture which you can unlock. In addition the story line is incredible and extremely addictive. However there are a few minor setbacks which could make the game even better. Firstly, the new seeds are extremely annoying to place and are needed to be placed in one by one when I need to plant a whole garden. A feature where it automatically plants those specific seeds would make the game less annoying. Secondly, the bar seems pretty pointless and doesn’t really have a purpose. So maybe an addition where you could buy and drink drinks could make the player have different effects where your furniture may be slightly cheaper at Yori’s or could be slightly more expensive. Lastly, rugs or tiles could make the house or other places to decorate. This could help divide the top floor into a bathroom or divide the kitchen and living room. A different floor pattern to divide the rooms could help create more diversity for designers. Even if there are a few complaints, the game is practically flawless none the less and I will still be playing it a lot more. 😁

Chill, cute, easy game

You don't have to spend a lot of time or money in this game to enjoy it, it's cute and easy to check throughout the day. There are often sales on the purchase packs, check during holidays for them. The in-game shops update hourly and after collecting an item in your catalog, you have a chance of finding the alternate color version, which is very fun. I wish flowers also had alternate color versions as well, since it just makes sense that flowers come in different colors. But atm each flower only has one color and it's very repetitive to see it in the store. It would also be helpful if lost items from an update could be more clearly sent to the mailbox at town hall and returned sooner. I'm not sure if the train station will ever have a train... it'd be a great expansion if we could take the train to visit somewhere else with more furniture or minigames. The characters all have their own personalities, even Tsuki, and colorful dialogues. It's fun to talk to them during different times of the day. The easiest way to make in-game currency is through farming. It'll get easier as you visit the general store to get the increased farm plots and time/yield boosters. They also make watching ads a mini activity because you have to find the chameleon somewhere on the map.

Aaaalmost

This is so cute! The graphics are lovely and I love the witty comments and descriptions. That being said, here are my nitpicks:
-Carrots are verrryyy hard to accrue a large amount of. The options to get carrots via tasks/ads are so glitchy and often don’t end in getting anything even after fulfilling the requirements of the ad. And I don’t want to go through the hassle of reporting and issue every time so I’ve given up on that. It would be cool if you could get more carrot seeds to farm.
-I wish Tsuki would interact with more things. A lot of the furniture goes untouched even though it’s a functional item like a bench or the Festive fort, etc.
-I know I still have more places to unlock, but the pace at which the game allows this is sooo slow. I am all for leisurely pacing, but it’s bordering monotony in this respect.
-I wish there were more active things to do besides fishing. I like that this isn’t an Animal Crossing-like game where you have to fulfill quests all the time; that’s why I stopped playing. But a little more interaction with the environment would be fun. Maybe like a mini game sort of situation at the different businesses/locations, with some rewards like items (like how you get fish when fishing, but maybe in these games you could make other things to fulfill “bounties”?) or carrots? Again, really cute game, there is a lot of potential here.

REQUEST 2 BUY WINDOWS @ DAWNS/ Train Station?

Came from Tsukis Adventure here :). in my opinion some of these requests to have Yoris sell more things at once is kinda dumb.. i like that element of coming in for new items or waiting for them to come in reminds me of the Adventure. The only thing i would like to add on that note is that it would be nice if some of the chairs could be bought in sets of more than one at a time. When I saw that you guys were making a second game i absolutely flipped. I was so excited to go back on that adventure and re-exploring the hidden forests and the Great City and all of that. When i downloaded Odyssey I know you guys were still in developmental stages and were just putting it out for review and was so honored and excited to be a part of the first to join the experience. But obviously some time has gone on and the train station never showed. I was wondering if you guys were ever planning on bringing that in, or if this version of Tsuki was more intended to just get a deeper look into Mushroom Village? Regardless, still in love your guys work, the art, the characters, everything really :).

Oh yeah and I’d like some more windows plz.. :P

Great game! (One suggestion)

It’s truly a unique experience. It feels like there’s a little village living in my phone. Each character moves on their own and has their own cute animations. It’s Really fun and relaxing to just check in and see what everyone is up to. Also the art style is perfect and I love how the main tune changes instruments depending on where you are. I’ve only been playing a couple days but I know this one’s a keeper. Just one suggestion. When characters ask Tsuki to help clean or go for a swim with them I wish we had the option to accept. I know Tsuki already has a cleaning animation and a floating one for the bathtub, so I don’t think it would be too hard to have the screen fade to black like when we go fishing but instead they are joining their friends in the activity. It just feels so rude to decline. One a similar note, it would be cool if when visiting friends houses Tsuki stays in the same room as that friend. It feels a little awkward to visit there house only to be in another room entirely. However that’s just a small nitpick in an otherwise wonderful experience :)

P.S. please add rugs to the game. My floors look so empty :(

looking forward to future updates!

I absolutely love this game, I enjoy the genuine slow pace of it and how each day you uncover more about the characters. since the game is it its early stages I figure it out as a frequent player I could give a few meaningful suggestions to the creators. For one, I would love to be able to give the villagers gifts or mail them things in order to gain more friendship with them. I also wish there was a way to expand your house or garden or attain more property as the game goes on. it would be really cool for the map the two continuing more locations to be unlocked, but from the layout it seems like you might already be going in that direction. I also wish that tsuki was able to Buy tea and Ramen from the stands. I really love how Tsuki interacts with the objects that you give him randomly ,And I also wish that he could have for interactions with his environment as well, for example, an animation of him in the festive tent. also the inclusion of an exotic goods salesperson who shows up occasionally would be amazing I just want more characters and more stuff to buy, always!!!!!

Love the game but…

The game is so detailed and wonderfully created. I love how everyday is a new thing by being able to collect items, design my spaces, and see what Tsuki is up to next. The expansion seemed like a stretch but after some consideration I’d say is worth it overall. I find there are some things that could be potentially worked out for player experience improvements. But like I said love this game top to bottom, from the fishing, to the townsfolk (except mocha), and everything in between. Here is what I’ve dealt with so far: -After expanding the house, new walls are added in the center, but they are not usable to decorate it seems. I feel like this takes away from decorating potential and leaves empty blank spots where normally wallpaper could help fill in or even a shelf. -When farming, I personally love to stock up on seeds and place elaborate plots down. Placing seeds is currently a pain (except for the autofill with carrots, bless that button). Individually dragging a seed to its plot is a bit tedious and requires precision placement if you’re picky like me. I would love to see a simple click to select seed and click to plant option! -Very sad, I had a mixtape in my player when I went to move it. The player ended up in my inventory but the tape was not recovered.

This game is the BEST!!

This game is amazing and I use it every day. I look forward to it every hour. The characters are so entertaining and I enjoy changing my furniture and the descriptions are funny and I <3 shiny items. There are a few things I’d like to see: • Pleeeeeease make the trains work. Maybe you spend carrots for a ticket? Either that or maybe bring a new location with some other characters? • speaking of characters, they are really entertaining but I wish there was more dialogue. Like more things 4 Tsuki to say and like more lines. And Camille, Draper, & Olson could have more lines • We need more furniture and also rugs. My floors look really plain even when I get flooring from Dawn. • one more thing about the newspapers, usually u can only talk about it with one person so it would be great if u could discuss it with others. I also wish they were more dramatic. • I have this bug where the ads don’t work. I accept and then I just get a black screen and I have to close and then reopen TsukisOdyssey . • more photo bounties plz • I wanna go inside the lighthouse. That would be sooo cool These r just some things I’d like 2 see but this is an amazing game overall!

A few problems…. (Developers pls read this)

I’m a beginner at this game and I only started yesterday, but I can already see how this game is. It’s great I love the cute animations and little conversations- I just have a few problems… first, the train practically never arrives it’s always the same thing that the little character says “oh loo a train is coming!” Then tsuki reply’s “really? But I’m not packed yet!” And the character says… “ no im just kidding no train yet” see what I’m talking about? Second of all, the carrots take at least ten minutes at a time to grow, and there’s only one patch where you can grow carrots! And lastly, if u wanted a cute little animal-crossing like game… forget it.. you can only go to each location while the bunny sits there doing nothing , you can’t make him run around or take a walk. So developers, here are my requests….. 1. Pls shorten the growth time of the carrots. 2. Pls make the train arrive more frequently. 3. (My most important request) pls pls plsssss make so that tsuki would move around like a little character I could control. But overall this game is ok. ;)

Sincerely, Bloop_1234

P.s. it would be so cool if we could customize tsukis appearance….

Beloved mushroom village visitor

I am absolutely obsessed with this game, I am a 25 year old gal, who not only loves the art style and all of the adorable decor but I truly appreciate the work that went into this game. Seriously, amazing. I do hope in future updates, we get more bathroom deco like toilets and sinks etc and kitchen, such as counter tops, fridge etc. Rugs would be a game changer, more items to choose from at dawns shop, maybe even tools to buy from her as well or sell garden tools at roses and the possibilities of unlocking more ms friends whom you can decorate their homes, or store fronts! I would like to be able to add more color into yori’s, more flowers and cute garden stuff at rose’s, and help the other locations spruced up more. I can’t wait for the city update, and all the events to come. Maybe you can even do a mushroom village request in our news paper once a month, and give a few options on things, that way you can see directly from your mushroom villager lovers what they like and want from you as a creator. I can’t say how much this game means to us, even in our Reddit page, we’re all tsuki obsessed.

Relaxing, gorgeous game

The aesthetic and style of this game is just lovely, it’s nice to just spend time admiring Mushroom Village and the home you’ve made for yourself. The game’s ethos seems to be about taking it slow so it’s not really an “active” game, but I really appreciate it because it means there’s no pressure to really have to do anything, you can take it all one day at a time. This is one of those games you check every so often rather than spending a lot of time in it, but visiting Mushroom Village and checking in with all your neighbors is always a nice treat and feels like a little vacation for me during otherwise busy and stressful days. Ads are 100% optional, and if you’re patient you won’t feel the need to buy carrot packs. However, I do recommend buying the Homecoming expansion, it’s a one time purchase that adds a whole ton to the game, I feel like it’s fair and is the price of a normal game. It’s not nearly as ad aggressive or in-app purchase hungry as other games, which is a rarity these days. Highly recommend supporting earnest and heartfelt games like this

I love this game! 2 years of playing!

This is truly one of my favorite games to pop into now and then to explore the world and take part in the events the devs plan! It’s wholesome, calm, and a slow paced game with an adorable art style! I felt compelled to write a review after all this time because awhile back I lost some items in game due to a bug. I assumed it was lost forever and accepted it because the game is so fun. Today I logged in, and in the little mailbox there was the “lost and found” with my items!! Not just any items to make up for it, specifically what I had lost! It really meant a lot to me that they would take the time to not only fix the bug, but also return the lost items to each user. It’s thoughtful, and will make me forever love this game and its community. I also want to commend the music, it’s absolutely fantastic and I listen to it in my free time! The characters are fun, witty, and a little dark in their commentary, but I like how real it is. Everything from the map design to the in game events, to the farming and house decorating, fishing, you name it! There’s probably something for you in this game. Give it a chance! I hope you love it as much as I do!!!

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this app, but there’s 4 things i don’t like. everything else about the app is great

i like TsukisOdyssey, it’s very cute. BUT PLEASE STOP TELLING ME I DIDNT COLLECT MY CROPS RIGHT AFTER I COLLECTED THEM 😭 it is very annoying! the little game center notification that tells me “welcome back” only appears when i go to my farm to collect my carrots and it covers the amount of carrots i just got. idk if that’s something that can be fixed. idk if this is a glitch or purposeful, but i don’t like that when i try to talk to the chameleon, i have to talk to someone else first. there have been times where there’s no one else around and i miss out on the extra carrots which isn’t a big deal, just slightly annoying. also idk if it’s my phone being slow, but a lot of the times when im trying to swipe up on the mini phone to get to a destination quicker, it freezes and doesn’t let me do anything for a little bit. those are the only negative thing i have to say about TsukisOdyssey. i like it very much, it’s cute and i LOVE Elfie, she’s my favorite character.

Amazing!! But a few nitpicks 💛

Okay I just got this game and I absolutely adore it, it’s honestly one of the most relaxing and cute games i’ve ever played! If you like home decorating, good game design, and a relaxing atmosphere I 100% can not recommend this game enough. However, I do have a few nitpicks. 1.) It would be nice if you could re-purchase items you’ve already bought in the furniture store instead of having to wait for them to appear again, I like waiting for the new furniture to appear but it can get annoying if you want a specific item but it doesn’t show up for several days. 2.) It would also be nice if when you catch a fish that’s worth a bounty it tells you, it can get quite annoying going back and forth between fishing and the town hall. 3.) Another thing about the furniture that would be nice is if you could buy multiple of the same piece at once, again it’s kinda annoying having to wait to buy 3 chairs for a table separately. 4.) If you could preview what the different floors/walls would look like in your house before that would also be really nice 5.) This isn’t a nitpick as long as something i’d like but i’d love if y’all upped the storyline element of the game, i’d love to have more interactions with the characters and really learn about them and the town. Other than those 4 things I absolutely love this game fantastic job!
