1000 Series Reviews

Little bit of backstory, I got this drone for my 11th birthday years ago. I really liked it for the amount of control I had and how easy maintenance and upkeep was. However, I was flying when the wind over took the drone, and it flew into the bushes and I was never able to find it. As far as the manufacturing process, I would highly recommend putting a button on the remote that will sound a whistle from the drone so that way when you crash land you could actually find it. to continue, every time I try to use it I always have problems connecting to a drone. And when I do connect, the camera always freezes is really really laggy and it is I think the camera quality is probably worse than a Nokia. I think it would be much more enjoyable if the camera was better, if it was easier to connect, and if 1000Series was not only easier to navigate, but also less laggy. I also believe it would be easier to use if you added a button on the remote to sound a whistle from the drone so you could find it when you crash land, which I’m sure will happen at least once thank you for taking the time to review my suggestions.

I tried to complete to setup and wouldn’t work I tried turning it on and turning on again and did the setup and connected to the Wi-Fi and entered the password the it would connect

There was a problem to the drone I couldn’t complete the setup and it was unsuccessful I tried to do it again and didn’t work I am returning the drone to Walmart

The wifi doesn’t connect to the drones wifi, it just says “no internet connection” and that’s it. I guess you need an SD card to actually take photos and videos but you won’t be able to see what you’re taking pictures of or recording until you take the SD card out

Honestly 1000Series itself was good but for some reason when I would be flying the drone it would randomly start launching itself into the air or it would slam right for no reason and made the drone crash and get lost and there was no wind at the time of flying so I don’t understand why it jerked right but I personally would not recommend buying this drone

For a cheap, lower quality drone, I don’t have much complaints. The drone operates flawlessly. Camera is less than great, but still worked. I used to have no issues connecting it to my home wifi/ phone.

Recently bought a house with a new wifi subscription and no matter what I do, it will not connect to my wifi/ phone. Recalibrating the drone, rebooting wifi. Nothing. There’s honestly not much worth flying without it. If I could return it, I would. I know I’m not the only one having connectivity issues with this. So its getting 1 start from me until and IF I can ever get it connected..

The drone flies just fine as far as I can tell from the few times I’ve flown it. The problem is that the camera is useless. The drone will not connect to my phone via WiFi, so that aspect of the camera does not work. Also, I am unable to take videos or photos utilizing the SD card onboard the drone. When I plug the card in to my computer it shows the Video folder with video files in it, but they will not play. Very disappointing, as I have watched videos in which people show the video footage they took with no apparent problem. Oh well, you get what you pay for.

The drone fly’s but that is about all I can say that is good about it. 1000Series is horrible. The video freezes on frames and refreshes maybe once every three to four seconds. 1000Series itself doesn’t give any options of video quality adjustment. Straight trash. I gave the drone to my kid to play with. If your looking for the video aspect look elsewhere.

It flies, but 1000Series doesn’t work for me just keep connecting disconnecting. I tried all different ways to try to get it work. It doesn’t so either. It’s not updated for the current iOS or it just doesn’t work. I just fly around and take video but that’s it.

Connecting drone to your Wi-Fi is impossible .the camera doesn’t even work and I just got your app it was all a disappointment. please fix it. :(😢

It was easy enough to charge power and fly. The sd card recording works. Streaming does not. I paired my phone with the WiFi network presented by the drone. Then I opened 1000Series and went through setup. It said it worked followed by another screen saying it did not that only offered that I repeat. I did. It still doesn’t work. If you want streaming, avoid this.

This is cool but it’s fps is low and it freezes and camera quality isn’t the best

Your drone is almost the best that is have, the 2 flaws are the camera and the battery life, if you added a second battery there would only be 1 flaw.

The drone is awesome for how cheap it is and it works flawlessly. There is just one problem, the range for the live camera is very short. I wish for it to be a bit farther so I could enjoy it more. Over all great drone though.

I would give it a 5 star but there’s only one problem, the drone is super hard to control.

So the drone is very fun but in 1000Series I don’t actually know if i am connected to take vids and pics.

I got the AV 1000 drone and used it with 1000Series. It turned out unexpectedly well despite it being pretty cheap. The battery could last longer or maybe I’m just not charging it right. It would also be cool if 1000Series had a “VR” mode where you could use a vr headset with your phone so it would be almost like an FPV drone.

Took a little while to set up the Wi-Fi, but once I troubleshooted it, the video worked just fine. The battery overheats sometimes, but if you are using it to fly around your house or to mess around with the camera and have fun, it is well worth it. Perfect starter drone to practice before buying a pricey professional drone. I love it and recommend it to anyone wanting a cheap fun drone. Must have been been lucky based off the other reviews tho

The drone works you need some time to work 1000Series , it’s hard to control it though, but this drone is a good starter drone so you should buy this :)

At first I couldn’t get the controller to work but it finally worked great app great drone
