1 year agoWe have changed our admin credit card for payment MULTIPLE times with your system and every time it doesn't capture for autodebit. There is no phone number to call and we are frustrated. As of today our WODify site is down....so now we are even more FRUSTRATED! Please call 760-412-0424 as soon as possible.

Too slow to load consent
Even on a very fast fibre connection it takes ages to load the pages. Sometimes it times out and doesn’t load at all. On the basic Wodify app it just works straight away most of the time. Although it’s also slow changing between screens often. I’ve tried this one several times but keep going back to the old one that at least works most of the time. Less focus on aging new interface, more in making it actually perform.

A lesson in bad user experience
Every gym owner I talk to has something to say about Wodify. I have never heard a positive. Their refusal to change web based app for so many years was a nightmare. A 2 second loading time to look at the days schedule is crazy. Change tabs and change back, yup, 2 second loading time again. That may not seem like a lot, but in the App/web world it’s insane. It reflects poorly on the gyms who work so hard to give customers a great experience.

Weird Issues
The app was working fine and then one day I was no longer able to add new scores and weights in my performance history. And my old scores don’t show up any more (the dates of the old workouts appear, but not the scores). And the scores on the whiteboard appear in a weird format - it seems like weights are shown in kilograms even though I have imperial weights selected in the preferences. And times appear as a strange 5-digit number.
