How to fix Fonts app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fonts app on iPhone
Update Fonts app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fonts iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fonts on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fonts network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fonts Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fonts not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fonts App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fonts » click [Force Stop]

Update Fonts to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fonts App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fonts » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fonts.

Fix Fonts unable to contact server/ Fonts internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fonts » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fonts » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
