How to fix RightFont app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RightFont app on iPhone
Update RightFont app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RightFont iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RightFont on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RightFont network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RightFont Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RightFont not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RightFont App
1. On android, goto Settings » RightFont » click [Force Stop]

Update RightFont to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RightFont App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RightFont » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RightFont.

Fix RightFont unable to contact server/ RightFont internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RightFont » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RightFont » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RightFont
