The text feature may as well not even exist on purp. For some reason on purp and purp only your autocorrect and suggestion bar completely go away, which makes texting very annoying. And the whole format is just really weird and feels underdeveloped. Setting up your profile is also EXTREMELY annoying and difficult to do. The order of pictures literally makes no sense, and you can't move them around. Takes forever to just switch one picture of yours out. Overall not well developed at all, but has lots of cool people, so maybe it's worth dealing with.

purp was really cool while it worked, but now whenever i start it up the screen just turns white indefinitely, ive tried everything to fix it but nothing works

Every time I try to block someone, I keep clicking the block button and the chat disappears which is good. But then I get a message from them and I have to keep blocking them but it doesn’t work

My app worked perfectly fine for a while but I tried to open it today and it just sits on a white screen and doesn’t load anything I even deleted and downloaded it back and it still doesn’t work

First, I ran out of diamonds within the first hour and when I tried to get more by sharing the link it didn’t give me more diamonds. Second, the accept and decline for when someone wants your snap is waaaay too close and I accidentally added creepers one time too many. Honestly not a big crowd either.

App is good, unfortunately the only sign in option is through apple.

I previously made an account before but deleted it. I wanted to return but since redownloading I try making a new account and purp will not let me get past the Sign In with Apple ID page no matter what I try.

You should add a feature where we can watch ads to earn a certain amount of gems in order to keep swiping because not many people open the link and I don’t like waiting a whole 24 hours in order to swipe again.

It’s a decent app but you need to be able to change your age. If it’s possible to make it only go up or change it with birthday… just something to look in to

hello developers i’m writing this review because this is something that really needs to happen. We need a text feature so we can text new friends that we add before we get their socials, i think the texting feature will really make purp amazing

I dont think my messages go through the reason i say this is because i've never had a conversation on purp and when i do text i've never gotton a response from anyone. The only time i got a text is when someone texted me first.

Devs the iv your friend link doesn’t do anything. I’ve sent the link to my brother and he downloaded purp and the number still said 0. I don’t have the time or patience to wait 24 hrs for only 100 gems. If there was an easier way to get gems that’d be great.

Love purp but What I’ve seen a lot of is that when your birthday happens your age doesn’t change and you cant manually change it☹️ that and no texting feature are the only downsides so far😁

App had a few issues initially, devs seem very open and receptive to feedback as features requested in reviews have been implemented such as messages and rewind features. Very glad to see purp growing with time as the developers actually care enough to listen to their users compared to other apps. Slight issue with fakes but that’s par for the course with apps. Looking forward to see purp really take off so long as it continues to be as user friendly as it has been.

I really go nothing to say but purp is awesome I make new friend I use to be bored buy now I got people to talk too my phone is not dry anymore more I love purp

Finally I can just find new people to talk to completely free yes I said completely free you can buy gems but there is absolutely no need. Overall great app 10/10 would recommend to anyone💯💯

It’s a great app and i really like it but adding messaging will be better as there’s some people i added and they haven’t added me back but besides that great app.

Dear app developers can you please add a verification system so we can know that we are talking to real people and not bots and to protect the users on purp thank you

I think you guys should add a random match button so it be more easier than to wait for somebody to swipe on you.

It wouldn’t let me add any of my photos in so in turn I couldn’t even use purp

they do not have America for a country so i cant go any farther

It’s a great app to make new friends all over the word, easy to use:

Good app to meet new friends/new streaks but one thing is missing is that we cannot put text on our bios instead of emojis so exactly before meeting someone, you'll get to decide if you want to add someone before diving in into a person's life or talk to the person especially. Edit: seems already added text bios, but generally it's great!

Limited diamonds

I’ve had the purp app before but deleted it. I recently redownloaded it and now when I try and login with my Apple ID the checkmark shows up as if it recognizes me but it stays on that screen and I never actually log in.
