When the app works its amazing! But if you get logged out you have spam the help support to death or write a eye catching (read nasty) review to get back in! But by then your momentum has reduced and it seems harder to get back on a great streak. I have cancelled my subscription TWICE over this matter because it feels disrespectful when I do my part by paying on time, yet service is not delivered as promised. I would even pay more monthly if this app worked as it should. Its the app I hate to love.

With all that said I would run back with open arms when the login in issue is fixed OR the support time gets faster with helping me back in when the log out glitch happens. Looking forward to the refinement of an app thats right on the edge of greatness!

Overall, I haven’t noticed any major changes after 6 months of use. That said, I’m not ready to give up on it yet.

Downsides. I distrust that the subscription can’t be managed through the apple framework. This is a red flag to me, but I haven’t had any issues with it as of yet. That said, I also haven’t tried to cancel it yet.

More notably, this last update has changed the interface so that it’s less user friendly or convenient. I feel like this is an update just for the sake of having an update without any thought to how annoying that update will be for the user. There is no reason to go from having to close one window upon completing a session to closing two. Yet here we are.

It’s so easy to listen to a few audios a day while getting ready or exercising or driving to get myself in the right mindset. Self-talk before and moreover after Shad’s audios has benefitted my life greatly. My kids get to listen to positive self-affirming audios in the background while I listen and they even listen to one’s geared for them and their age group. If you put McDonalds into your body every single day your body will start to fail you. If you put garbage music and your own negative self-talk into your mind you will manifest that garbage in your life. But if you input the right stuff into your eyes, and ears you will reap the right benefits rather than the wrong debilitation ones. Give this a real try and watch your mindset and your life transform.
