HealthBeaconCompanionUS is great when it works. The last several times I tried to use it will not open…just sits there with the spinning circle. I confirmed HealthBeaconCompanionUS is update and restart my phone but still does not work. Hard to keep up with my shot location without it.
Not a bad app but it’s very inconvenient to change your schedule. It would be nice if you could do it in HealthBeaconCompanionUS and have it approved or something rather than having to contact support. Mine came late so my schedule started off wrong and it didn’t register my first dose.
I tried contacting support but then the ability to type just disappeared from HealthBeaconCompanionUS , even after reinstalling. Not sure why that happened.
I was due for a shot so I went to open HealthBeaconCompanionUS and the wheel is just spinning and has been for 30 minutes or more. I wanted to double check which side I should do the injection this week, but it won’t load so I just picked a side and went with it. I’ll call tomorrow and update the side I used if needed and see if they can tell me why HealthBeaconCompanionUS isn’t loading.
