The foreigners in korea that were vaccinated on US military installations in Korea can’t use this service. There should be another way for it to work or for a person to be verified.

I tried both PASS and text message registration, both gave me “Server Error(1002)”. All the foreigners I know get the same error. Make something that works for everyone or don’t bother.

You must have Korean Social number and Korean phone number to use this application. I don’t see any point why Korean CDC provides English version?!? Please fix the problem.

Why even release this garbage app?

You can’t change the language, you can’t change the country, and if you try to confirm your identity via pass OR text as a foreigner, you get a server error message. Considering the importance of an app like this, it’s a bit ridiculous that they failed to make it usable for foreign residents.

If you don’t know Hangul - you’re stuck! 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서 itself is in English, but the connected websites that are needed to authenticate are not and you can’t go past that point! I definitely feel, if you aren’t Korean, they aren’t interested in making things convenient for you! Great concept, poor execution!

Phone contracts have NOTHING to do with vaccinations. All that SHOULD be needed is your name, 주민 number, and vaccine info. Most of us with government issued vaccine proof documents cannot use 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서 because of its idiotic, poor design. I would give 0 stars if I could!

The schedule for my second dose of the vaccine was removed. Why? Mistake? Reschedule? Cancelled? This is such a poorly designed app. If my personal information is connected/added to 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서 , I have the right to know when something is removed that is connected with my name and ID number.

I got my shot earlier than other people so I didn’t experienced the server overload issue. But I would like 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서 to complete the foreign language support, at least, English support, in near future, so I can use 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서 in other country.

I don’t know what’s all the fuss complaining about 질병관리청COOV코로나19전자예방접종증명서. It’s an app where you can download your vaccination certificate and it serves perfectly fine. It’s NOT an app where you can manage your appointment or anything… and can see they’re preparing it to be available in multiple languages in the nearest future. Just please be patient. You can still do the same thing with kakao or naver.
