I recently got an Apple Watch and I was trying to find out how to get the apps that came on the watch to display on the watch. HeartRateHealth popped up and I have no idea how it happened that I made the purchase, but it is never that easy. Somehow the purchase for an entire year went through before I could blink or do anything about it. I immediately went to my email and wrote a reply asking for a refund/reversal. Crickets… this is thievery! Customer service is a big deal in the rating of an app. If you resolve this, I will change my rating and it will be worthwhile for both of us. Low ratings will not get you future purchases, you know?

The main screen opens but the only thing that works is the continue button to subscribe at an outrageous price for a full year. There is no way to try it with out putting up $80.00

Total bait and switch. Preview showed blood pressure. Not shown in app description. Also, can’t even use HeartRateHealth without signing up for the 3 day free trial that automatically renews at $69.95 per year. I never used HeartRateHealth , because I am unwilling to sign up for unlimited, even if I can cancel at any time. If you make it too hard for me to try the basics, sorry, you lost a potential customer. Instead, give access to basic and show the unlimited options as grayed out.
