How to fix TeSu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TeSu app on iPhone
Update TeSu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TeSu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TeSu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TeSu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TeSu app issues:

Force Stop the TeSu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TeSu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TeSu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TeSu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TeSu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TeSu.

Fix TeSu unable to contact server/ TeSu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TeSu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got TeSu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TeSu on android.
