Downloaded Dine because a place said it was preferred. After entering my address and my first order I waited and waited for my delivery. I called the restaurant they said I ordered for pickup. It seems Dine defaulted to pickup, I did not see a screen that gave me the option of choosing. I deleted Dine and tried again after picking up my food. This time I got a screen that gave me the option. Not sure what happened the first time. I deleted Dine .

After reading a few of Wix reviews, I think I will notify business and let them know I’m not someone that buying from them anymore due to ratings.

i ve dealing with the customer service for weeks, nothing changed
The wrong menu is showing up at the wrong time, I was on the phone with a technician who witnessed the problem and after 2 weeks no improvement, my customers are confused and we loose business

I can’t put in my address without giving Dine my location. I should be allowed to manually enter my address, automatic inputs are never correct. Frustrating

I have been using Wix for over 10 years. Alway enjoyed the quality of the templates
Because it felt personalized and professional.
I suspect using Dine for both my Resturant will be helpful. My only issue is Wix’s name all over everything. I pay for my service and I feel it’s minimizes the quality and individuality of my business. I have tried to find a way to remove it from Dine download. If this this app site is the same that may be a deal breaker for using it.
Wix is getting it right but tagging their name all over my business app is not appealing.

Update (12/23)— 3 stars. Tigran from the Wix app approached me to rectify the issue with Dine and followed up. This is being investigated.
Original— 1 star. It made the payment through my credit card and did not send the order to the restaurant. Completely useless.

Didn’t give me a chance to review order details and cost breakout before confirming. Also the custom tip amount need to be cleaned up.

Easy to use and easy to understand
Submitted and paid for an order through the app. The restaurant never received the order. There is zero contact information for customer support and the support section is having “technical issues”
Dear, I cannot change the colours like in the spaces app. I'm testing the app and I want to place an order. The app is telling me that we don't deliver at that address. I use the same address on the website and it is no problem. All addresses give the same result. we don't deliver. That is a huge problem.
