Won’t work without calendar access

When you open ADHDSchedulePlanner it says on the second screen that it will not work without calendar access, so be aware if that. It also forces you to do a free trial which is completely unethical, especially considering how often the apple store charges you anyway. If you turn down the 7-day free trial of pro, it forces you to take 2-hour one. They don’t even tell you how to cancel it or if it will just end. I’m going to bed now and don’t have time to deal with it. They seriously need to rethink their policies. People don’t like to be forced. If there is a free version, let us use it and then tell us what we’d get if we subscribe, don’t force it.

Just downloaded this app is awful for my adhd

I’ve only had ADHDSchedulePlanner on for like 30 minutes( barely got one alarm set, in that time)i’m just gonna leave it as is for the couple alarms and see how it works but it was difficult getting the alarms on. I have severe ADHD and dyslexia. It’s not helpful at all. It made it more frustrating for me. It kept changing the dates in the times and I just wasted Hella time putting on multiple alarms for my mom‘s home health care. She just got out of the hospital so I thought I’d download ADHDSchedulePlanner for help ,pointless for ADHD anyways. Very frustrating unfortunately.

Good idea but super buggy

Starting the trial for a week now and it’s been so buggy. I put down certain tasks and events for a certain time and date (today) and it never shows up on any of the rings. It takes a second try to put something down, finally. Then upon trying to see the event for the day, I’ll scroll to today on the bottom list and yet, the ring on top displays the ring for yesterday. How is a planner useful if it doesn’t even show the day you’re focused on? And then I tried deleting an event using the “delete event” link in the corner and…it’s still there. Why would I want to drop money for this?

Pie calendar doesn’t show on the Apple Watch

It just shows the listed items on my apple calendar. Nothing more at all. I wasted my time on trying to figure things out. It didn’t have trouble linking to my calendar and I had to figure out to fix that issue! Let me tell you this is not my first download of any productivity or calendar app at all. I’m avid users of different calendar or schedule apps. I’ve never had any issues using with any Apple Watch app until today. I’ve been using Apple Watch since 2017. They should’ve updated timely as the Apple iOS updated and released, and if there’s any issues at the time, they should have mentioned them and how to deal with them in ADHDSchedulePlanner description section.

Like the interface—Alarms do not work

I like the interface. It is much easier to add events to a future date and that keeps me from incorrectly scheduling. However, I can’t get the widget to show up. Also, when I try to use the contact form the message block does not display what I have tried to type.

I have not been able to use the alarms at all. If I set an alarm it does not sound or show a notification. I have enabled notifications but that makes no difference. Also, I cannot even set a notification for one day or longer! Having alarms is very important for me as an ADHD person so I have to use another app. Very frustrating!

Great start, but needs more

I was extremely excited to get ADHDSchedulePlanner due to the calendar lay out. As a mom with adhd and 4 different schedules to keep up with this would be great for me! I have a child with ADHD also, I manage his schedule and my thoughts were to share it with him and have him utilizes the check list, since every morning afternoon and night or before going anywhere repeating have you done this or you need to do this is utterly exhausting. Unfortunately the subscription is to just one device, even though it says it is shareable under family, it is not. I contacted developer who said it was in apples end and apple says it’s on the developer end. I think having the subscription linked to an email address vs your Apple ID would solve this issue. Also when entering the schedule the repeat needs to have better options, have the days listed so you could choose every non, wed, fri, or weekdays, or weekends. I will keep checking back for the improvements in hopes I could utilize this!

Really wanted to like it but some little things made it hard.

I have a few calendars I juggle for personal, work, freelance and adding them all, getting them all to refresh as I made changes through the day, and making edits in app were just too clunky for me. I thought that having the two wheels were innovative, but in practice made me more confused. I wish there were a way to turn it into one wheel or just have more visual options. I understand the vision- it's super cool and I bet it works for people with different backgrounds. I hope that it becomes more seamless in future iterations and I'd come back to try again!

I really like it but has some glitches

I will set a slot like 4am-9am and then the next day it’ll show it was set for 8am-10am? And the widget on my Home Screen is upside down, but when I open ADHDSchedulePlanner it reverts to the setting I want it in. It’s frustrating how it kind of has a mind of its own, but overall I enjoy using it and it helps me see how long I have of a task left or how long until my next task.

Amazing widget, but keep it simple

This calendar layout is GENIUS. I love seeing my entire day in a ring of color-coded events. I put their widget on my Home Screen.

But all the other features are a tad useless. Why would I pay the $25 to switch to pro? More than two calendars sounds nice, but do I need "hyper alerts", repeated events, a time zone converter or a checklist? Naw, I've got other apps for that.

I downloaded ADHDSchedulePlanner solely to visualize my calendar. Stick to what you're good at please!

Recently Downloaded

I did just download ADHDSchedulePlanner , so I haven’t had a chance to use it fully. However, with the 7 day free trial I enjoy the layout and calendar color options. The wheels are more interesting and attention grabbing than a traditional calendar. That being said, the sync with my Apple calendar is not completely accurate, I’m missing birthdays. ADHDSchedulePlanner is a bit slow/laggy at times, but overall it has been good so far!

Visually interesting, but missing a few things

I love the design of ADHDSchedulePlanner so much I ended up buying a subscription after 3 days! Being able to visualize my time this way has made a world of difference, especially the way you can layer calendars within rings!

The biggest missing feature for me is no ability to include travel time, which is often my biggest hitch. It wouldn’t have to be Google Maps perfect (though I can only imagine what a game changer ADHDSchedulePlanner is for a bus schedule!!), but even the ability to include a rough average would be a huge boon to your user base!

I definitely love the widgets and I can see myself keeping ADHDSchedulePlanner just for that, regardless of whether the above suggestions are implemented. I plan to also use this to help plan out my trips into town, so I can better see my bus/timing options

Great but I’d like a little more

This is honestly a great app for me and has helped me but I’d really like there to be more. The only real issue for me at this point is how the alerts are set up. I us the alerts often but when I see that I have five minutes before something I know to mentally prepare myself. After a while though I have forgotten I was supposed to do this as there is no alert for “at time of event”. That’s really my only issue so far but besides that I love it.

Wish there was a desktop compatibility

Just started using this and it definitely helps visualize what I need to get done for the day. I use it primarily on my phone and looking to get a smart watch to have it more accessible when I’m on the go and need to glance at it. I would like to have a desktop feature that I can sort and organize events on my computer and it sync to my phone. Also I can see it up on my desktop screen. You can sync calendars already as a workaround but there’s something that feels good to have the actual app accessible on my most used devices. Other than that great app!

Widget is Great, App is Laggy

There isn't another app I've encountered that nails the arrangement/design of the dial like this one, but the menu UI is oddly laggy. Slow framerate for some reason. It does what I want it to do, which is display calendar events on a 24h noon-centered dial. That said, I want to get in and out as quickly as I can, minimize adjusting anything from inside ADHDSchedulePlanner because of the performance.

Great interface

Love ADHDSchedulePlanner especially that the calendar is so visual and you can see your day at a glance and how much the appointments proportionally take up. Also really like that you can use multiple calendars right next to each other as well time zones. The checklist/notes section for each appointment is a brilliant option. I also will use it for trying to schedule meetings across multiple time zones - so much easier than calculating on my own or using a website.

Like the app

Been using ADHDSchedulePlanner for a while now. One of the things that I’m using more and more is the notes part of the reminder. It’s a handy way to keep track of things I want to go over with psych that I may be struggling with as they happen so I don’t have to remember to write them down later to go over.

Would love to see some sort of alarm function built in to the task/event that wil go on forever until the task is completed. Like how you can set the urgency to “critical” and have multiple alarms. Would also be nice to have an alarm in the “critical” area for previous day.

Love this app!

Wow, this life scheduling/organizing app is soo pleasing to my adhd brain. Already, I’m finding it very helpful.

There are two features I would hope to see in the future. An undo button for if you accidentally delete the wrong event, and alarm sounds/vibrations as an option with each reminder notification.
Other than that, I am utterly pleased to have ADHDSchedulePlanner in my life!

Revolutionizing the Playing Field for folx with ADHD

ADHDSchedulePlanner has changed my life. I was so overwhelmed with my many projects and different goals. The weel made it digestible and visually complementary to the way my brain works.

The Human Chat response feauture was super fast and was able to assist me through some questions I had.

Thanks so much for developing a product like this for folx like me who need it most. ❤️

So impressed

I love ADHDSchedulePlanner ’s functionality, but I am even more impressed by the drive to improve it. The support team responds to any issues almost immediately, and they maintain a forum linked to ADHDSchedulePlanner to suggest and vote on new features. I expected this to be poorly utilized, but the developers are constantly making ADHDSchedulePlanner better and the role of tel feedback from users is well demonstrated.

LOVE THIS APP!

ADHDSchedulePlanner changed my life!!! It’s the best calendar I’ve had to organize my life. I love how the face is 24 hours and I can easily add appointments. I can also easily check what time it will be in my time zone when friends from abroad ask to schedule appointments. I love how I can add transit options (walking, biking or driving) so my calendar tells me exactly when to leave. I’m a fan of how many color options I can use for different appointments and how easy it was (and still is) to sync my other calendars with this one once I downloaded it. My wife has the same app and we can easily sync our appointments.

Most of the complaints about ADHDSchedulePlanner have been bug fixes that are now fixed. I’m happy to pay for an app that doesn’t sell my information or I am not the product they are selling. Thank you for creating such a great app that helps to keep my life organized!
