Simple Calendar Schedule app Reviews

I though I had found the perfect simple calendar, but there is a bug. Events are showing on the wrong day on the monthly calendar view. Enter an event for Thursday the 13th and it shows on Wednesday the 12th. If you select Wednesday the 12th there is no event listed. But it will not show on the correct day. No amount of deleting and re-entering the event, of even deleting and re- installing SimpleCalendarScheduleapp helps. And the problem is not consistent. Many events show on the correct day. Makes SimpleCalendarScheduleapp unuseable VERY disappointing. iPhone 16 IOS 18.3.1

This calendar app provides me with the simplicity I want. The mechanics of making an entry is slightly cumbersome and a line (there are three lines for each day)is limited to 6 or 7 characters. Maybe a smaller font would allow an additional character. But in spite of those restraints, I am very pleased. I am elderly, with a simple life and few scheduling needs, so this is perfect for me.
I have used Apple and Google calendars before, but found their alerts, linking, etc. to be intrusive.

I use this calendar for EVERYTHING. one issue is that theres a weird bug in the week of march 9th-15th, the dates are moved back to different days that i didnt choose. for example i put an event down for march 10th. it says that i have an event on the 9th, but when i try to delete the event from the 9th, nothings there. thats the only issue i have really though.

I like this calendar much more than my iPhone calendar that only shows dots if there is an event. This one shows the first word only, and shows events separately if more than one event in a day. It would be nice if I could repeat an event without having to retype everything. For example a monthly, yearly, weekly, or biweekly event. And also not have to use military time.

Sometimes it glitches - I will have something for Tues, March 11th but it will show on Monday instead. When I click on Monday it says I have nothing for that day but on the whole calendar page it shows my Tuesday schedule instead. Would also love to be able to move the order of the listed items. I love that it’s simple and it’s easy to use!

I wanted a calendar to schedule people for meetings of a organization I belong to. I did NOT want to commingle these meetings with my personal calendar.
Most other calendars pulled all the data from my main calendar, which I did not want. Simple Calendar is just that…it simply allows me to have my organization’s schedule separate from my personal schedule. I can take a screenshot of a week or a month, send that to another member and they will have the appropriate meeting schedule without having my personal information included.
This is a very welcome addition to my phone apps. Thank you.

all the other calendar apps are super complex and intricate or you need to have an ipad use then. but not only is SimpleCalendarScheduleapp simple and right to the point, it doesn’t have 100 annoying pop up adds every few seconds. there also isn’t a premium version you need to buy, just this amazing app.

I LOVE SimpleCalendarScheduleapp, I had been needing an app that will nicely and simply organize my busy calendar, and SimpleCalendarScheduleapp did just that. I love the color options and the fact it saves past activities. It also gives reminders the day you have events. I 100% recommend! :)

Simple calendar is a great app to keep track of everything. I wish there were more color options but I still love SimpleCalendarScheduleapp . I also wish I could move events on the day in what order I want not just on what time they happen. Very pleased does exactly what I need!

I downloaded and deleted so many calendar apps because all of them required to be connected with the phone calendar. The whole point is that I don’t want the clutter of the regular calendar so this is perfect and easy and simple. LOVE IT!

I really appreciate having a simple calendar that’s not attached to iPhone calendar or Outlook calendar. Great for keeping track of simple event planning. I do wish I could have multiple calendars. I’d have one for fitness and one for meal planning. Combining them is a bit busy as the lines only preview 4 events. Otherwise 5 stars!

I really enjoy how easy it is to use & the formatting is very attractive. I do however wish there were even more color options for events, or if you could color pick which colors you want. I have a lot of things I fit into my calendar and I find the current options a little limiting, especially since a couple of the different colors are just barely different shades!

I got diagnosed w/microscopic colitis. I’ve had a few flare-ups lately & thought it might be a good idea to keep track of my meds, food & BM’s. This calendar has been invaluable for me to see what is causing my problems. I love the simplicity of it as it could be adapted for so many things.

Finally I found a calendar that I DO NOT HAVE TO SYNC with other calendars. It’s insane it was so hard to find. So goofy. Seems like such common sense to have stand alone calendar app. Well. Look no further. Alas, SimpleCalendarScheduleapp nailed it. A stand alone calendar app. Thank you for this!! And a great app all around. Totally intuitive and perfectly designed. Super appreciated!!

I’m losing weight and I need to document my food intake without cluttering my Apple or Google calendar. This is perfect because it doesn’t sync, which would defeat the purpose. I love that it’s color coded and saves the titles with the original color you chose. So happy that I finally found a calendar app that I can use as a stand alone.

I’ve been looking for an easy app I could mess with that worked just the way I wanted it to. I never write reviews about apps but I could go on about how wonderful this one is! From changing what day the week starts on, color coding, notes section to it being FREE. No pop up ads. It’s absolutely amazing and I thank the creators greatly!!!

Simple. Intuitive. DEAD easy to use, no learning required. Are you looking for a simple calendar? None of that fancy stuff, none of the complication? This is it. This is the only ACTUALLY simple calendar in the market. 10/10. Someone give this team a design award. Thank you so much for making this.

Taking a trip and wanted a calendar/planner that wasn’t connected to my reg calendar, and this one is perfect! I downloaded a few before this one and they all wanted to connect to my calendar, which is what I didn’t want. This is perfect for what I want and I’ll be keeping it for future tips. It’s simple, easy to use and straight forward.

I absolutely love this calendar app. I got it to help me keep track of medications I am taking and it makes it so easy to see where I am in my treatment, without the clutter of the regular iPhone calendar. It’s allowed me to easily track my progress at a glance. There’s no extra tabs, no holidays, no anything except for what YOU choose to put in. Gives me great peace of mind. Absolutely recommend.

I’ve tried many different calendar apps but many are super confusing, have so many different things to do, look weird, and are just complicated. This is the perfect app!! So simple, easy to use, looks pretty, and is very smooth. 10/10
