I just created an account and when I click the button manage my subscription on the website, my email and password doesn’t work. I’ve reset my password and it still doesn’t work. This is a basic feature that should have been tested to make sure it works because it deals with peoples money.

CANCELLED FREE TRIAL NEVER SUBSCRIBED THEY STOLE MY MONEY FOR 9 MONTHS .ADMITTED TO STEALING MY MONEY THEN SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A 3 MONTH REFUND WHICH THEY NEVER DID!!!
TalkspaceGo is great however I was under the impression that I would be signing up for the trial. TalkspaceGo told me it would be free for 7 days however I checked my bank account and found a charge for $29.99. This was misleading and if I’d known it was this price upfront I wouldn’t have paid for it.
TalkspaceGo has changed the way I see myself and the way I relate to the people in my life. I feel like I have real tools to help me have meaningful conversations and deep relationships with others. Thank you, Lasting!
It’s really tough for me to be mindful of what I’m feeling, but TalkspaceGo has legitimately helped me. The guided journaling helps me connect all the dots. I feel like I’m more present and more aware in my relationships!
