Cannot complete account registration

Upon receiving the verification email from Zou to register the account, the email contained just garbage text. Zou is great in theory, but it’s a major miss when you can’t complete the account registration. Simple testing would’ve solved this.

Hey guys, in the English version, your sign up verification code system doesn’t work! You can get around that by signing up in French and then switching to English. But Zou is still truly awful. I can only buy one ticket, rather than two (one for me and one for my spouse). Couldn’t figure out how to buy a round-trip ticket. After spending about an hour on it, I gave up and deleted my account. I work in tech-support, and very few apps can defeat me. Congratulations on such an achievement!
