Used Holoholo many times during our stay in Kauai, and we had no problems at all with any of our pickups. They were even able to accommodate unexpected changes we had to our itinerary and were very communicative to make
sure we did not miss any excursions or flights. We were a little apprehensive at first, since this is still a new service, but our minds were put at ease for the rest of the trip after our first scheduled ride with our incredible driver Holly, who was equally hospitable as she was knowledgeable about the island. We would definitely recommend this over other rideshare services.

I got picked up in Kauai with them, and by a very friendly driver Holly, even though I booked a shuttle with their partner company Speedi shuttle. I’m happy that they are able to arrange rides for me and everyone is reliable expecially John when communicating about the time and driver etc. My trip in Kauai went out great thanks to them. I’d love to support local business like Holoholo when I travel in Hawaii next time.

Booked ride to airport day in advance, couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Don’t get holoholoMobility confused with the driver app, they look similar but that’s for the drivers! We booked our ride to the airport a day in advance and our driver arrived right on time. She even called us a couple minutes before to verify exactly where we wanted to meet her.

I created an account and booked a ride. Since then I have not been able to log back in or reset my password. I called holoholo and my reservation is there. I deleted and reinstalled holoholoMobility and I still can’t log in or reset my password. Says my account doesn’t exist. Something is off with their databases.

Can you guys fix your iOS app. On the iPhone 13 mini I can’t access the far menu on the top left to log into my account. Somehow I can’t even tap on anything to get things going. I would love to give you a better rating if I can.. seems I can’t use it all it won’t respond to my touch.

Neither driver showed up for the ride to or from the airport. I’ve never had a reservation issue with Uber before. Highly recommend that instead.

I got a call at 10pm informing me that my ride scheduled for 7:50am the following morning was canceled. If I had known earlier, I could have made other arrangements, but this left me in a stressful situation.

App was fine. Holoholo cancelled BOTH of my reservations made more than 2 weeks out. Left us stranded at one point. Don’t bother.

I had no problem with HoloHolo Mobility ride share, booked a vehicle 4 days in advance and driver arrived early. What I do have a problem with is your bias toward NEGATIVE reviews and not providing an option for positive reviews.
