❓Want to pay to possibly get injured?❓Like poor customer service & want to be dismissed and lied to? ✅ If yes, this is the app for you! ❎ If not, go elsewhere sis! This app is not it.❓ What kind of trainer doesn't tell you how to have proper form (WORKOUT 101)?! Not a reputable one! 👎🏾 Despite having been live for YEARS, most exercises don't even have descriptions for form which can lead to injury. It led to mine and support did NOT care and wouldn't refund my 2nd annual subscription when requested a month into it. I'd complained like 4 months prior about this and they said they were going to work on it. Do you think they did? Of course not! 👎🏾 Aside from that, the app routinely breaks with updates and will keep crashing. ❌ Customer service isn't very helpful, truthful, concerned about your health, or transparent. ❌ It gets stale very fast. BETTER OPTIONS: 1️⃣ FitBod [$] – an AI personal trainer that tailors workouts to your equipment, etc. 2️⃣ FitOn [FREE] which has hundreds of on-demand workouts of all kinds. Never had problems with either one and recommend both so much more than Reset. 👎🏾 Just Say No. 🚫 If you're reading this, consider yourself lucky enough to be warned and run away. 🍀🏃🏾‍♀️

I am in extremely dissatisfied with this app. When it works it is great. Since I have had the app it crashes every 2 months and then I have to wait at least 2 weeks for it to be fixed. As I am writing this review … my app is not functional yet again and I have to keep downloading another app (test flight) to temporarily fix the reset app to work. I have no issues with Senada’s app (Crush it) Massy Arias website (Más Vida). While Jenna’s platform is actually my favorite I cannot use it without constant interruption. I have spoken to Abbi and Anaya who are in the tech support and have not received any responses to my emails for the entire week. I have to send emails daily for updates without a prompt response. I received a generic Email telling me I didn’t complete the instructions to download another link but NEVER received the link in any emails. I wish I could attach screenshots. Please do better…

The Pros:
The app is user friendly, and there is a community section to interact with other users. There are general individual workouts such as Jenna’s Favorites that target particular muscle groups which are available to users.

The Cons:
For the workout plans, they come at a cost for each of them. The issue I had was that I purchased the 10,000 Rep Challenge Workout plan. The app said it was a one time purchase with no recurring charges. After three months I lost access to it and I was essentially forced to pay for it again in order to regain access. Three months post my second purchase of the plan I lost access to it again. I contacted support and apparently the program is only accessible for 3 months, which I wasn’t previously aware of upon my initial purchase (because it never says so prior to your purchase). How can you advertise something as a “one time purchase. No recurring charges” yet pretty much force me to pay for it quarterly if I want to continue using it? As much as I love Jenna’s workouts, the app is incredibly misleading to patrons regarding the timeline available to use their purchased workout plans. Imagine paying ~$55 for a workout plan you thought you’d have access to forever but you’re now required to pay that every three months for that specific plan ONLY. If I wanted to switch to a different plan, that’s more $$ to pay for that new plan which is also advertised as a one-time payment but likely isn’t. Basically, the terms stated are very deceptive and I never would’ve expected this type of marking ploy from Jenna and/or her team. Purchase at your own risk.
