The new this app app is the best medicine related app I have ever used. It is very easy to navigate. Messages are delivered very quickly and responded to even faster! There is a huge amount of information on it, histories, etc.

Other doctors should take UT Physicians lead!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Johnson is extremely nice he made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me. He didn’t rush in and rush out he took the time to make sure I felt comfortable. I’m so glad I found UT Physsicians and Dr Johnson.

Due to Memorial Herman and BCBS not working together - I cannot go through with my surgery with Dr Karni

I’m very pleased with Dr. Ridley and staff service. She is very thorough and informative. Check in and out was easy. Lab technician did a superb job. I would definitely recommend service to others.

It was easy to upload photo of insurance card and update all information prior to my appointment.

I enjoy that I can look at my records, ask a question by sending a message, receive non-emergent care via video. I feel much more involved in my care.

I use MyChart for a couple of practices and it works great. So much you can do so quit and efficiently. It would be nice if my lab data from Apple Health is connected to MyUTHealth.

The billing section is totally blank. No billing information even though we’ve had tons of bills sent vi per mail. We’ve c on countless times called the billing office of UT and they kept forwarding our calls back and forth… it’s just unacceptable. We’re told we have to CALL the billing office every month to make our payment. Please fix this thank you.

Easy to use and great having your information at your fingertips.

The site is so easy to navigate. I can communicate with my physician and order refills easily. I can read the results from my tests.

I love MyUTHealth because I can make appointments right on MyUTHealth . I don’t have to call the office and be on hold sometimes forever.
