Wow I can’t believe how easy it was to sign in and create account. I think it took less then five minutes. Now I’ll never miss an appointment.

Not only appointments but test results, X-rays, and more. It is nice to have all of my information in one place. It’s easy to connect other doctors to your info so they have all the information.

I love using the HSS app! It’s easy to navigate so I have the information I need at my fingertips. One potential enhancement could be to allow patients to share test results with providers outside of HSS, like my primary care physician, cardiologist, etc - whether part of Epic or another platform, like Athena. Thank you.

This is a fantastic app. I’m a long time patient of HSS and MyHSS is very easy for me to use/navigate and access my medical information. Lots of great general education on here too. Highly recommend.

I'm all for consolidating health data and allowing others access. I applaud HSS and all its works.

this app works well most of the time. But:

1 When a procedure is canceled or postponed text and email messages should stop for the earlier date and show an appointment for the new date. This has not been the case for my TKR meant to be on February 9 now rescheduled for April 5. Persistent messages for the old date even as I write this. This is very troubling.

2 Billing for a telehealth visit on Jan 13 had been a mess. This less to do with MyHSS but there has to be a better way to handle bills and payments.

Very easy to use. I get my information very quickly and my test results without waiting for the doctor to call.

I will say with great admiration that this is the best group I have ever been to in Florida. I need a hip replacement surgery and cannot say how amazing everyone has been with my care. I feel blessed and highly favored

Dr. Salvati and entire staff are excellent health care professionals They are all competent, efficient and experienced in all aspects of Hip and Knee surgery. Dr Salvati’s many years of experience is the ultimate consultation choice for knowledge and guidance especially in complex circumstances.

Wonderful service great on patient time in care.

I love MyHSS . I love having immediate access to my records. One thing I would like, however, is to be able to access and view my images, (x-rays, surgical pictures…).

Such a great overall team, from the doctors, to the nurses to the greeters to the office staff. I feel confident I am in great hands working with HSS.

MyHSS has pretty much everything I need except no patient portal to message a question to my doctor, nurse or other staff members

this app makes life easier with making appointments to accessibility of your medical records as well as your health progression.

Very complicated and hard to insert or correct vaccines dates. Reminder for booster exist but no way to fill in information

Clear and easy to use.

Above named individuals helped me on Nov 5-6 when I was a patient receiving total hip replacement. They were both spectacular serving me in my time of need. HSS is a well oiled machine with everyone involved in my confinement. You should all be proud of HSS. Thank you

I scheduled an appt for 3/24 only to be told the Dr was not available and was not available until 6/2 and that MyHSS was screwed up. Ridiculous. The NYU app puts yours to shame.

Excellent app.The ability to message my surgeon and for him to respond to me within 20 minutes is wonderful. Awesomeness
