Scheduling App horrible

I scheduled an appt for 3/24 only to be told the Dr was not available and was not available until 6/2 and that the app was screwed up. Ridiculous. The NYU app puts yours to shame.

Not easy to use

Very complicated and hard to insert or correct vaccines dates. Reminder for booster exist but no way to fill in information

I'm all for consolidating health data and allowing others access. I applaud HSS and all its works.

MyHSS works well most of the time. But:

1 When a procedure is canceled or postponed text and email messages should stop for the earlier date and show an appointment for the new date. This has not been the case for my TKR meant to be on February 9 now rescheduled for April 5. Persistent messages for the old date even as I write this. This is very troubling.

2 Billing for a telehealth visit on Jan 13 had been a mess. This less to do with the app but there has to be a better way to handle bills and payments.
