Goes from allowing people to contact carriers to having to sign up with each individual broker to even have access to their phone number.

They claim it's for safety but if that was the case they would do that from the onset. So you start out unsafe and then become safer later? It's a complete lie. They reel you in and then change the rules.

I was happy with Truck smarter for a few months but got hit with fraudulent charges on my Visa debit card disputed with Visa took almost 45 days for them to tell me they’re siding with the fraudulent charges. I lost $250. The same company charged my capital one card Mastercard took Capitol one about 30 minutes to get my money back so all my visa backed car are now closed cut up I will not be using visa backed accounts anymore

I requested access to TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel March 4, 2022, then received a text message on March 5, 2022 stating I am ready to come off the waiting list. The text detailed to reply to the text to chat now or notify of a good date time to be contacted. I replied to the text that I was available with no contact. I receive text messages regarding new broker/carriers added to the platform and inquiring if I have used their app. With numerous texts and email replies to gain access, as of October 3, 2022 still do not have access to use TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel .

Truckers be aware of TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel. They advertise fake price to lure drivers. Here how it works. Let’s say that you are 250 miles away from a certain truck stop which TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel advertises an amazingly cheap diesel price. You skip some decent gas stations to head that gas station with the cheap price. As you get closer to that gas station this smart TruckSmarter app cancels your booked price claiming that you made a purchase and even asks you the feedback how the purchase went through. It happened to me a couple of times; please post if anyone else experienced similar situation. I suspect that it is their strategy to trick drivers by advertising cheap prices and as you get close they are offering you a market-average price.

Tried using TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel and it never had a load less then 12,000 lbs. They kept trying to tell me I was doing it wrong and the more I messed with it the more aggravated I got.
If it’s that hard to work with who needs it. Just seems like it needs a lot of work. I wish them luck.

I’ve enjoyed using this load board. No issue connecting to brokers, load searching is easy. My only problem is the iPad version needs to display in Portrait and LANDSCAPE modes. Landscape is how my iPad is used most of the time.

I would like to have an option to save my searches to look for different loads at the same time without having to delete my current search. Other than that TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel is perfect

I’m totally new to the trucking industry, and I struggled desperately to find a load board with REAL OPTIONS, and was even getting discouraged about the whole idea of owning my own truck… but LOADSMART has TRULY changed my ENTIRE outlook on that!!! They actually post creditable brokers, and “on time” load information!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU ALL DO!!!!

Truck smarter has been a great tool to use having access to loads you would otherwise not have access to it creates tremendous business opportunity for my business to stay running it’s been great

Easy to use, one your linked with the carriers you like things really get better. App is user friendly and intuitive.
I just set up my whole week rite from the driver seat while waiting to be unloaded.

Great company that is building products and services to help independent truck drivers. Their load board is 100% free so it provides access to loads without having to pay for a subscription. Their fuel discounts are great, and their factoring is top notch. Easy to use app on mobile and desktop. Amazing customer service.

Can we get a desktop version and also can there be a notification when a new load is posted from one’s search interest

Great set up ,very easy to navigate and the design of the whole app is a step ahead of the majority of apps . Great app design and awesome load board with a ton of loads from a wide selection to choose from.

I have been an Owner Op for nearly 3 years and this is by far the best load board that I have come across and it’s FREE. This is definitely my go to when looking for loads and the prices are accurate based on what the brokers post. I highly recommend it and have referred it to quite a few of my friends who are also Owner Ops. Keep up the good work TruckSmarter!!

I’ve been using DAT and Truckstop, but I now look at TruckSmarter app first. It’s way more powerful, better brokers that post REAL rates and prices, has more filters, a map for each load, more accurate dates and times for pickup and delivery. Would recommend this to anyone else that books their own loads.

When you use TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel to fuel you’ll get $1 discount the fist time and then the next time is 60c discount and after that is like 15c discount don’t get fool in to thinking you’ll get huge discounts

I would like to start by saying how amazing and helpful TruckSmarterLoadBoardFuel is, I enjoy surfing through, it is very easy to use and have a lot of load’s available anywhere and the best of it is that it is completely free,I would recommend it, thanks for helping a small business owner like myself.

Firstly- most of the loads want you to “connect your load board” to theirs. Like connect your Landstar or CH load board to theirs. Hmmmm 🤔.
Next problem is none of the loads have reference numbers. We all know that the big brokerages and many of the small ones need those to look up a load.
So I did call on a load, the first thing they asked for was the reference number. Of course. The broker was able to search it out, and said there was no reason that load should be on there, it was for the week prior and had already been covered.
Now it’s certainly possible that they didn’t see another one they had that a coworker had posted- but without a REFERENCE number it’s impossible to tell.
