Sorry, but although I easily downloaded this app, I am unable to open it. The problem is typical with Cochlear: Too many passwords for the growing number and variety of Cochlear apps. This is confusing for me and I suspect for quite a number of Cochlear users. It is truly frustrating to continue to receive “wrong password” notifications, and then get blocked out of my account for too many tries with no clear path to get back.
Please, this needs to be fixed. Thank you. Respectfully, William Hyde
