To difficult to advance

I understand that games need to give players enough of a challenge but being to challenging is another problem! This seems to have been created so that it’s extremely difficult to win a hand without using a power up. As the levels continue to become trickier and trickier you quickly learn that you are not going to be allowed to save or hang onto any boosts or “upgrade” and power ups you have earned! It’s extremely frustrating and even though I never just give up before my personal goal is achieved, I’m considering just that m. I started playing this once before but when I got to certain higher levels I realized that my coin accumulation had gone from over 200k all the way down to below 100k and no matter what I do the game was not allowing me to continue to accumulate. So I started the game all over while seriously watching my coins and only using them to finish a level when I felt that I really had to and again all of my free wilds are gone and my coins are dropping drastically again! I’m no expert but I’m a. Above average solitaire player and I know this programming is causing these problems itself So I won’t be recommending this game to anyone and if I could give less than 1!star I absolutely would

Makers of game PLEASE READ

AFTER UPDATE!!! What the heck happened???? I updated the a few days ago, and I opened the game up today, and to my surprise IT HAS STARTED ALLLLLLL OOOOVER AGAIN WHY. WHERE IS ALL OF MY PAST WORK GONE TO. I had at least 900 bulbs, and I had finished the cafe, England cafe, the pet resort, and was in the middle of the resort in another country. So where is it, and can I get any of it back?

I can’t understand why the story hasn’t updated for me. I have 1,509 bulbs, but every time I click on the clipboard it says waiting for story to update. But in the updates I’ve read it looks like it has been updated. So can you explain to me why I’m not able to continue with the story? I love that you are able to continue to play the card game while waiting for the story updates 👏🏽, and I especially love that the game is challenging, but yet you can still win after several tries without having to use up every single power up 🫶🏽PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THAT PART IN ANY OF YOUR UPDATES🙏🏽. I will change to 5 stars if you can tell me how to get to the story, without having to possibly uninstall and loose my progress cause I’m on level 2,285 😁. I really love this game 🫶🏽thank you guys for creating an awesome game 😘

Great if you like terrorizing cats

I tried to be patient since this is the only non-match-3 game I could find. When you get to the second pet cafe, the dog chases a cat around constantly, scaring the cat. The owners of both dog and cat scold the CAT for being scared of the dog. They never try to protect the cat or tell the dog to stop chasing the cat. When the dog is not chasing the cat, it's harassing a bird that lives in the cafe.

It's not cute or funny. You guys do know that dogs are predators, right? And they kill cats. Not in all cases but in general that's their natural instinct. And a cat's natural instinct is therefore to fear them. People still know that, don't they? If we were talking about a person, it would be domestic abuse. Imagine having an older sibling constantly threatening your life, and when you cry, rather than telling your sibling to stop threatening you, your parents tell you to stop crying about it.

Anyway, this goes on and on for a long time in the story, and it's just not enjoyable. It ruins the feel of the game.

Unwinnable hands

The only reason I gave this game two stars instead of one is because the concept is cute and I thoroughly enjoyed the first chapter in Stony Point renovating Nino’s. The solitaire hands at that point were mostly winnable and if you had to buy a booster it didn’t deplete your coins.
However, once I got to London, the hands became much more difficult and now I’m on level 64 and have discovered that this level is impossible to win without using boosters that cost $4,000 - $6,000 coins and even then it’s unlikely that you’ll win the hand using only one booster. I decided to try to win without using any boosters. Each day I earn $6,000 daily bonus and then about $5,000 from the cash register. I usually have a little left from the previous day, so at $2,000 per hand I play six times. I’ve been doing this for four days now. I have discovered that level 64 has three different spreads in the layout with the exact same cards. No matter how you play the hand you are NOT able to win with the cards you are dealt, in effect, you HAVE to use a booster. This is total crap, a hand should be winnable, at least in one of the spreads, but all three of them are unwinnable.
I’m deleting the game, which is a bummer because the storyline had promise but this is just another one of those games that wants you to spend real money to buy boosters and makes the game impossible otherwise.

Good game but became “pay to win”

I started playing this game maybe about a year ago. I got partway through the Hollywood chapter and then had to wait for the game to update with more content and kind of forgot about it.

I found it yesterday and logged back in to see the game had been updated! I had over 800,000 coins that I had won from solitaire. However, the new solitaire levels were so expensive to play and challenging to win that the in game money was quickly depleted. I did spend a few real life dollars to get some more cash to play, thinking if I could be smart about using power ups and free tickets, I could earn it back. But I lost it all again quickly.

Not sure if the levels should be easier, or if there should be higher payout for winning these expensive, difficult levels (earning more coins than it costs to win, more power ups, etc) to make the game more feasible.

I do think I’m just going to have to give up on it unless this is corrected though because I’m not going to keep spending real life money just to have the in-game coins instantly depleted. Sad about this because the story was interesting and the solitaire games were fun until it got to the “pay to win” point.

So the developers are aware, I have no problem spending money on games I love every now and then to support the makers! Absolutely not going to spend money on a game that’s impossible to advance in without paying though.

Needs improvements

I usually never write reviews but I actually enjoy this game. Just really frustrated with certain things in the game. What needs to be fixed/improve: -Cost to play next level or reward amount, along with the cost to get more cards or redo. This was very frustrating cause it’ll be like 2K coins to play a level and then if you win you get the 2K back with just a 100 or so coins extra. If you lose, you lose. The cost to get more cards and redo goes up as you level along with the cost to play every level.

-The amount of stars you get is inconsistent!!! I was so upset to see that I got my 1 star up to a two star with 2 remaining card BUT from a 2 star to a 3 star it’s almost impossible!!! I had gotten 6 remaining card and one of them was a gold card and it brought it up to 3 but didn’t count it as 3 stars!?
-Regarding the last point the remaining card being gold that didn’t get used, that should be able to save and stack of unused. That’s just not fair.
- Level 169 wants you to get all of the suits in order to open up the rest of the cards but IT WAS MISSING A HEART IN ORDER TO GET THE LAST ONE TO OPEN UP? How am I going to get it open to play when there’s no card left?

Needs work!

Great Game Very Addicting

I would have gave 5⭐️ stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I haven’t been playing game for about two months or so now and today all of a sudden I get this message Saying “ You’ve just Reached the end of currently available story wait for the next update.”,Like wth does that mean and how long is it gonna be before I can play again??? I don’t understand and I thought the story I was doing wasn’t done yet, I was doing Stacis Mansion Story and Only got it partly done decorating not done with all rooms so how is story done hmmm confusing other then this misunderstanding I totally love and recommend it to everyone you’ll get hooked on it and I would of gave 5⭐️instead of the 3 ⭐️ if it wasn’t for above misunderstanding and stand still and can’t go on til I don’t know when we will see.

Fun game but game balance issues

I recently played an adorable renovation game that features interesting characters, some intriguing elements, and challenging levels. The graphics are beautiful, and the characters have a funny walking style that makes me chuckle. However, the game is terribly unbalanced.

At the lowest level, I have to pay a fee of $2,500 to play. Even if I manage to get through the game, my profit is minimal. I rarely complete a game without needing to buy extra cards or a gold card, which feels financially abusive. It costs $5,000 for five cards, and there's no guarantee that the card I need will be included in the pack. If I need to buy more cards, the price keeps increasing.

For example, I started with $38,810. After one game, I had to purchase extra cards, which led to earnings of only $2,785. Factoring in the entry fee of $2,500 plus the $5,000 for the cards, my total expenses amounted to $7,500. This left me with only $34,095 after just one round. If I continue playing like this, I’ll never win.

Had potential

Really enjoyed this game for the longest time and if you tried enough times, with patience you’ll end up beating each level without having to spend any money. The latest updates is nice with the daily challenges that also helps with building money. With that said. I have played till the end of the game many times. Each time the updates would come out around 2 weeks. However, it has been months since the last update. The game rides on the story line and the new cafe upgrades, the solitaire is just the half of it. Without the other half, this game is just lack luster and mediocre at best. I am deleting the game and moving on to something else as the levels themselves have become redundant without anything else to keep things interesting.

So difficult it gets boring!

I previously left a 5 star rating in this game but i should’ve know better because i normally leave feedbacks after playing a game for a while. Well, after playing this game for a while its obviously that this game its the most rigged and difficult solitaire game ive ever played. You constantly get stuck, its incredibly expensive to buy anything with the coins. It costs too much to play or to get a deck of cards when you run out of cards. Its honestly not worth it. There are much better and fair Solitaire games that im currently playing. I dont see the point of playing this one. You lose, come back hours later or even a day later to play again to lose immediately and have to wait again. They dont have events to help you get coins, they have some stuff to help you with coins but you barely get enough coins for one round. Im just gonna delete this game.

Super fun but room for improvement

I think they do a great job of making an engaging story. They do give you quite a bit of coins and I loved that at first. But, as you get higher in levels everything cost more coins, even playing the levels. So instead of being able to play four or five games in a row to collect stars and continue the story, you can play maybe 1 or 2 games. The game itself gives you some coins but not much compared to how much it wants you to spend to complete a level. It becomes practically impossible to get three stars in a game without spending a ridiculous amount of coin. It almost starts feeling like it’s rigged and they want you to spend coin in order to just complete a level.

I would give it a 5

I like the game because it’s the first game that the characters actually talk to one another and you hear the conversation. I believe that feature alone gives it a 10 star. At the same time, when you first begin to play you don’t spend your money on a regular. As you go from Country 2 Country you do begin to spend your money. It’s solitary but not every game is a winner. You then lose coins and stuck with having to buy more coins to beat the level. Every action requires at least 5 to 6 coins which means you are playing 5x’s to get the coins. If it’s not a winning game you spend the coins and have to use your money. I think the actions should be no more than 3 coins. For example, Piper has to paint a wall, well that’s going to cost 7 coins. You are taken to the board to play, you may get a winning board or you may not. They have firecrackers that take your cards if you don’t hurry up and get the right card w/the set. Ex; K is a firecracker so you need a Queen. But a Queen may not come for cards later in the stack. I would delete the game but I’ve invested a lot of my money playing and I’ve completed multiple countries. Do better by asking for 3 coins to complete a mission especially when you know every game isn’t a winner. I love the game and as I said it talks and that’s what I love the most.

Why are the levels so expensive?

Ok, don’t get me wrong, this is a fun game, but instead of having lives like most of these kinds of games, they make you pay in game currency! This is really frustrating because if I don’t get perfect on every level than I don’t have enough money to retry the level, and then you have to wait essentially until the next day in order to retry the level! And if you don’t succeed then you’re talking about what has become three days to play one level! If they are going to make you pay for the next level they should make the cost of the level the base reward for the previous level! That way you would always have enough to keep playing, and it would be a lot more fun.

Greatest game ever to play!

This game has the most awesome graphics, the deck of cards are the right size to see for anyone who is playing the game. When I got the game downloaded on my IPad and started to play the game. I really did not want to stop playing for the game was very interesting to play. But the second day came around and I picked up my tablet and started playing my games on my tablet. And I realize that I got the perfect balance game on my IPad. And I just want the people who made this game has out did their self’s work on this game. Keep making games like this. You will definitely out do the company of the King company.

Lost all of my progress

I was way up there in the storyline and connected to Facebook. I went back to play it and all of my progress disappeared. I’m not starting all over from the beginning again. Also, you always wind up paying to complete levels. Are the cards fixed? Love the characters and the storyline but where’s my progress? Outer space somewhere? Also, too expensive to play because you usually never finish a level with paying real money. Can you please make some decent changes in your updates to address everyone’s issues with this game? Update to my review: I decided to play again anyway and wow, I’m so glad I did. The changes made to this game make it all worthwhile starting over again. In fact it’s even better to start over with all of the progress and hard work put into this game. Now, I can’t stop playing. It’s my favorite solitaire game without costing me any money to play it. Love the characters, the new storyline, and just everything. Thankyou.

PipersPetCafe

I just want you to know that I am completely hung up on this game. It is one of the best games I have seen. I get to playing it for hours and I don’t even realize what time it is. I really like it that it goes to the Solitaire and then you can and I’ll go back to the other and set up the game or the café I guess. You don’t have to play those darn match things or they have the stars in the blocks and all that crap but I do love this game. It’s it’s really interesting and it keeps you going so thanks a lot and I’m with that other lady, I was reading where she got to the end and I hope that you have more coming because I can’t stop playing this thing. Thank you.

So far really good!

I download a lot of games then end up deleting them because they get rediculously hard, too expensive to advance or the amount of ads make it so that it interrupts so much you lose all interest.
This game doesn’t seem to do any of that! I have been playing for a couple of hours after downloading and I’m really enjoying everything about this game. I hope a feel this good about it when a get to a much higher level. The solitaire games are not always easy but I’ve yet to lose any. You can also advance the amount of your winnings by adding more 3x or 5x. The story is getting pretty interesting also.
Developers: Thank you for making a game that, so far, keeps the player engaged and wanting more!

Awesome

This game is AMAZING. It is simple yet addictive, and does require skill to pull it off. Even though it is frustrating that some levels are unbeatable, as someone that is now past level 370, if you try a level 2 or 3 times, you can eventually beat it. It’s also not a pay to win game, so I love it as I don’t spend money on games. This is my favorite game and it’s SO entertaining. I would definitely consider this game and it is a great unwinding tool. Just be aware that it does take a while to get coins and boosters are EXTREMELY helpful. All things considered though, it’s a great game and lots of fun. I am currently on the 3rd cafe. I don’t know how many levels are there, but each level is nowhere near short and has taken me 3 months of playing to get this far. Definitely consider getting this game, and you won’t regret it!

What happened ? Please continue the story soon

As you can tell by the number of many followers that we enjoy PipersPetCafe. We have patiently been waiting for you to continue the storyline for quite some time now. We enjoy playing the solitaire and the different things that you’ve incorporated into the storyline, the adoptions and so on, however it’s coming to the point now that we’ve been waiting so long for you to continue the story that the thought of just deleting PipersPetCafe becomes more present every day. We really don’t want to do this but playing solitaire and not continuing with the story that we all love is becoming boring. The outline to venture the story past Bali is there but you stopped here. Is it because I’m not spending money? Do ads need to supplement the application? Tell us something soon. It would be sad to walk away now after all the great story line you’ve told and I’m sure much more to say.

I’m surprised

This game actually is as advertised. I only started playing but so far it’s really enjoyable no ads so far interesting story lines and it’s definitely not too complicated or too easy. I also like the combination between solitaire and renovation however there is one thing that I think will make it even better. I think that possibly adding more than just three possibilities for creating the look because some of the options are a little bit too simple
