Not convenient.

Frequently we have to delete and reinstall. Every time we have to move through app Store . Gtc feature removed. Previous suggestions not paid any heed.
Frequent updation.
Funds transfer back to Accounts is not being done on the same day.
Charges are at higher side as compared to other players in the market.
Bad Experience

I have updated the app and then not receiving OTP. It’s been 2 days I raised complaint but no response yet. This is a bad experience which is disappointing me. Moreover, there is no alternative to login. I feel if this is the case better to exit from Kotak Securities.

The app would vanish the otp entering prompt immediately after showing it. They fixed it. Now the prompt stays up without vanishing. But otp won’t come. Is this a bank app or a joke?
