I want to close my neo mahsreq bank account permanently, but I don't know how to. and there is no mashreq bank near to me. kindly advice me.

This is my first time with a bank account here. When I received my card, the personnel asked for my ID and my phone. Then asked me to open the App Store on my phone, I did so, then he took the phone from my hand and himself submitted a five star review. When I asked what he was doing, he said nothing this is a part of it. This is highly unacceptable for me. You can ask ME to give YOU a review, I will do it myself, but, taking that right away from me is absolutely absurd. I wish I could take take back the five star review he gave.
I was very happy with he app service, all of it was so quick and easy, but once I received my account opening card on my doorstep, the tables have turned after this incident. This is very intrusive, in fact, it is a crime to pose as your customer and give a review.

I thought it's very very convenient if I will get online banking with mashreq neo. but it's not! It will take very very long time,Before you will receive the atm you need to wait 3days for the fetcher then after fetcher you need to wait another more 3days to receive welcome kit then when you receive the welcome kit you need to wait 10days to activate the account. Where is brilliant there? The customer need 1month to wait for this things? I don't understand why it's too much time to wait. It's online it should be fast more convenient. How I will refer to all my friend your service is very bad really this is my first time and I thought I will be happy and satisfied customer but I'm am not. Neo team it's online it should be more faster right? Please wake up. Do your job.

Can’t believe this app has a 4.0 rating. Firstly i didn’t get my cash back of 100 dirhams, I haven’t contacted their customer support yet but I shouldn’t need to when they have based their entire campaign around that offer. Secondly i get emails every time i spend on my card, when i never signed up to get any emails so why is that happening and most of all how do i stop it??? Why can’t i get an SMS like every other bank in the world. Lastly i was expecting something like LIV where i can tack my expenses but that doesn’t seem to work either. The worst thing is there no section on the app for any technical support sooo i guess i’m one really unhappy customer
