I have Movcy & I can’t use it anymore it keeps saying update need it & I can’t press cancel on there & it won’t let do it can you do something about this?

How to fix Movcy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Movcy app on iPhone
Update Movcy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Movcy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Movcy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Movcy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Movcy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Movcy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Movcy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Movcy » click [Force Stop]

Update Movcy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Movcy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Movcy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Movcy.

Fix Movcy unable to contact server/ Movcy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Movcy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Movcy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Movcy
