not much you can do with LEGOLAND

After waiting over an hour on the Dragon was told unable to ride. The restrictions are completely wrong and the ride even showed our full group eligible for ride even after giving youngest height info.

I was hoping to be able to make a reservation through LEGOLAND as I am an annual passholder. It would also be helpful if my pass could be uploaded through LEGOLAND so it’s always handy. I have not tried to use LEGOLAND while in the park yet. Maybe I’ll find it more useful when I do.

LEGOLAND is useful for the map and navigation but completely pointless as to wait times. I stood next to the kiddie coaster waiting for my son and husband. They waited 45 minutes for two little laps around the coaster. LEGOLAND said… five minute wait. Such a joke. Don’t recommend LEGOLAND OR the park

The cost of daily admission does not align with the amount of rides / quality of rides that the park has.

Further, the Ride Reserving option to reduce time waiting for rides is WAY too expensive, again for the quantity and quality of rides in park.

I did not stay at the hotel but oh my, I expect to pay those prices in Disney, where the options are nearly endless at the park.

I think they overvalued this stock and should reassess.

I wanted to check the restaurant menus, but all it gave me was an ad. The Mythica thing they showed me was still “coming soon”, so why advertise it yet? However, it has a lot of potential and could become a great app once the theme park is complete.

The main problem with LEGOLAND is that most of the rides and activities don’t show on the map! That’s the main point of the map. Instead you have to find the activity in the wait time list and then you can get directions and see where it is on the map.
It would also be very useful to see the menu of the food locations.

We had a wonderful trip to Lego Land. My kids had a great time. There is one suggestion I would give. The walk says are a little tedious towards the middle of our trip. The spots walkways where the grass has been trampled out some gravel down or steps to allow for an easier transition to the parking lot. Other then that our trip was amazing thanks for all your hard work with the Lego builds.

Outstanding Service, the employees all very friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities very clean, organized. 3 and 8 yr old loved the rides. My 8 yr old daughter’s favorite was The Dragon (she wrote that part).

this app is amazing. I am sire you will figure it out but there are a few things that need help. You need to have more than one person working the rides. It should not take forever to fill the ride and empty it because only one person is operating the whole thing. The lines at concession are too long. It took 25 minutes to get 2 pretzels, fries and a hot dog and almost missed a show. Shade - you need more places for shade and Lego Characters. We only saw 1 all day.

It’s a fun Lego themed park. But it doesn’t quite feel done. There is construction in a couple areas. Also, a couple rides felt understaffed - one ride had only 1 person working and he had to allow in people, check all safety harnesses, run the ride, release all the safety harnesses for each person, open the exit. It looked like a 2 person job and it made the wait really long. Since it’s a new park, there’s very little tree and bush coverage. Our friends who were there with us compared it to Hershey Park, saying Hershey is cheaper and has a lot more rides, if you can do the drive. I do appreciate the annual pass discount in the Shop, which our son mostly loved since he got a new Lego set to build.

Everything was great and family friendly. Only complaint is at the buffet in Lego City to get the family meal you have to have 4 people. It costs more to eat with only 3 people. It’s a scam and a disgrace.

Overall good. Many sanitizing stations were out. No soft serve ice cream at the ice cream shop (they had pre-packaged containers).
At lunch at Royal Feast - burgers and buns were hard - like they had sat for hours.

Park was clean, staff was friendly! Kids ages 9, 10 and 12 - they loved it - but likely not again - they are at the older age of enjoying it!

The wait time for the rides are longer than they should be because the rides only have one person operating, checking height and doing safety checks. This makes the wait time extended longer than it should be.

Great rooms … efficient… clean…entertaining on their own … nice amenities… it’s hard to find the link to room service and a bit uncomfortable not being able to “talk to a real human” since everything is digital…Theme Park was super interactive and fun … a few growing pains as it was a bit understaffed the day we visited and wait times were about twice as long as LEGOLAND indicated… however I will definitely go back to both the Hotel and Park … fun for all ages

The staff in the hotel and at the park were fantastic! Very friendly and helpful! We will be back again.
