This is likely why you have to pay to even try it, nobody would purchase this if they saw how the audio quality is.. choppy and impossible to watch a movie and understand the speech. SCAM.

Edit after reply from app maker: sorry guy, the audio quality cuts in and out.. on your product. It’s a fact that you were clearly aware of when writing your own description that you conveniently chose to leave out. Apple has refunded me fairly.. but the free trial requires you to remind yourself to stop the billing at a later date, and if Streamer worked like the description stated, it would mention something about the terrible audio quality and be a a little more transparent. There is NO way to stream anything with audio clearly, so if you don’t want negative reviews in the future, I’d suggest being more transparent about your apps capabilities, and give a REAL free trial that doesn’t require a payment set up up front.

Screen mirroring and casting videos and photos worked great but couldn't cast music or files. Streamer 's very stable though, I was impressed it never crashed.

It’s usually so hard to get apps like this to work. But it works!

Ridiculous cost to stream sound

You have to pay for “premium” in order to mirror with sound. It’s buggy and crashes and disconnects. Then when you try to disconnect, it won’t. Don’t waste your money

The audio is unstable after purchasing the premium. It’s jittery on 5ghz connection.

I had tried Streamer to be able to cast Zoom meetings to my TV. I was hopeful that I could start using it to watch all of my Zoom meetings on a big screen. Unfortunately, there was a huge delay between the meeting and what I saw on-screen, and I was never able to figure out the sound.

I ended up stopping the screen mirroring and getting into the meeting on my laptop in order to watch it.

Unfortunately, it never worked, and I ended up canceling my subscription the same day.

Streamer has been terrible. I bought it a few months ago. I constantly had issues live streaming so I removed Streamer . Then I decided to try it again after I saw the update and downloaded it. I was charged again. I am having the same issues as before. The sound is off and as I’m living streaming, every 10 seconds it goes to our home screen and back to the live stream and repeats over and over again. Now I’m trying to just get a refund.

So much bugs with the new update, every time you change to stream another YT video, an ad video pops up. The previous version didn’t have that and the developers secretly added it to the latest update by not listing it to the features of the new update (why not? because people would not download and install the update rigged with ads for a $5 monthly subscription).

I’ve written to the developer to try to resolve some issues. I will revise my review if there is change.
All I wanted to do was to play Apple Music through my chrome cast device as it is attached to my AV system. No luck. It won’t play the sound through screen mirror, nor will it play music without selecting songs one at a time.

Does what it says without frills & for free. Pay for premium features. Thank you!

Like i said it is one of the best this app for chromecast, easy to use,good looking interface is very important part of Streamer.

When Streamer works the screen cast looks nice but it stops/starts casting every 10-15 seconds and eventually loses connection entirely.

Definitely do the trial before paying the ridiculous $20 for the purchase. I'm seeking a refund now.

So instead of being able to use Streamer I was already using that worked just fine, I have to use this one that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING different?! Oh, with one slight exception, it wants you to pay a ridiculous monthly fee. Garbage…..just pure garbage.

Streamer would be fine if it was free or a dollar or two. The problems Streamer has does not make it even close to being worth the money they want to charge you for it!
