On the 9th of July there was a promotion, it had an upgrade of pearls extra pearls etc.etc.etc..I paid £28.49 and left to verify with my bank that it was me requesting withdrawal..On returning to the joyread website I didn't meet the "I've verified" it was me to finalise everything ,instead I was returned to the beginning of the promotion asking for payment details..I cancelled the silver subscription expecting to be upgraded today,but it is indicating there was no payment..I checked with the bank and they have informed me the payment has been taken by the company..Can I please be upgraded or refunded my £28.49.. I was really looking forward to a longer reading subscription can this please be sorted out.. Yours sincerely CJ julien

I'm very disappointed with your app. I have to point out that your stories are very interesting. At the said time it's a big reap off to who is interested in the novels posted. One cannot get to watch the free video adds, plus when I purchase to read it's like am being scammed with your coins and tokens.

I've been trying to read a novel now and have to keep requesting more I don't mind the plot twist but I do mind not being able to read when I want to because I have to wait for more chapters however I can't find the ending and I have spent a fortune on buying coins to read it.... This is unfair to charge so much and still have to wait to finish if anything you all could just make it to where we pay one said price to read entire book instead of robbing us blind

I either want the entire novel or my money entirely returned please. I am not sure who you are, but I’ve already spent $40 to read a book with grammatical errors and character mixups. However, early in my read, I see this is a ripoff. Please allow me to download the entire book or return my money. I could wind up spending hundreds of dollars for one novel I plan to report this to the proper authorities.

Absolutely a rip off. Touch of sweetness has 1900 chapters. Each chapter consist of on average 2 pages in were printed in a physical book. In order to read this full book one would be paying over 500 for Their so called coins / pearls. The book has several grammatical and spelling issues along with the read flow being interrupted due to character mix ups - mentioning one character when it should be another. Very disappointing how I tried to reach them via contact us through app and now they have blocked my emails from coming through. It is such a rip off and unfair to ppl who liken to read like myself.

I don't understand to read extra chapters u have to pay.... I don't think this is a good way to start our readers off by having to pay to read. You don't do that in a library .... I thought this was a good app until a payment method was added and I couldn't read on anymore... absolutely disgusting way to be able to read. I don't think it's right and I'll definitely recommend to people that want to use this app not too as u have to pay to read chapters. Sad really I think I'll just stick to a library

Your cost and amount of chapters is greedy and out of line , I will cancel you without finishing the book and never use your app again . You are terrible . An average book should have between 20 - 50 chapters this book a touch of sweetness is unfinished over 300 . You are nothing but a money grap . This will catch up with you .
