Horrible app

Takes forever to log in. There is no incentive to logging in, so I’m not sure I am. I forgot my password and it took 10 minutes to reset. It wouldn’t let me just order it as a guest because my email was registered too much work for a cup of coffee.

I can only speak for the larchmont location- as it’s the only store I use this app for. As lovely as the staff is, my order is never ready. It doesn’t matter how far in advance I order. They told me they like to make hot drinks fresh when some one arrives- but then what is the point of ordering ahead if you’re showing up and waiting in line? I still wanted to support them, so I ordered ice assuming this might mitigate the problem, and unfortunately it was the same situation. I’ll swing by this store in person when I have time, but won’t order ahead anymore- it can really throw a wrench in the morning commute.

I like ordering in advance to avoid the wait. I really wish I didn’t have to have the app and itopen 24/7 to do it. Phones become slower as you get all our info for whatever analysis beyond your own analytics of what’s selling well or not. It feels gross and off-brand, actually. Or maybe not.
Beyond that, really wish that note to Please double toast the muffin found make it through. It’s fine but yknow - $10 egg sandwich, it’d be welcome too. Thx.
