Not user friendly at all

I found this app & was very excited to begin a new journey. My excitement turned to disappointment quickly when I attempted to log in my first shake of the day. I just couldn’t figure out how to do it. After trying several times to add my original cappuccino shake I gave up. I want to do this plan, 2 shakes, 3 snacks, & one sensible meal. However, until they fix this app I will find another way to track my compliance. Don’t assume I am a novice. I am very tech savvy. Hope you fix this.

So over this app!!!

As many have stated before, this app is riddled with problems. Constantly crashes. Repeatedly deletes my Meal 1, so I have to re-enter it frequently. Every few days, deletes all my data from the previous days, so it looks like I’m just starting the program. Very disappointed. I would’ve expected better from such a well-known company. And if you read previous reviews, the post the same response: “please email us at....”, but it looks like the issues never get resolved.

Wouldn’t load

The app wouldn’t even load for me. I sign up and input my info and click to view meal plans and it just sits there and doesn’t go to another screen. I decide to close the app and restart it and it just stays frozen on startup screen. Not going to fight it, hope I don’t get spammed with emails now that they have my info for nothing.
