Bonjour, je cherche votre appli sur Android mais ne la trouve pas dans le store. Et Google ne parle que de symptoT⁰ sur iOS. Si elle existe bien sur Android, est-il possible de recevoir un lien ou quelque chose pour la télécharger ? Merci d'avance

How to fix SymptoT° app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SymptoT° app on iPhone
Update SymptoT° app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SymptoT° iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SymptoT° on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SymptoT° network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SymptoT° Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SymptoT° not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SymptoT° App
1. On android, goto Settings » SymptoT° » click [Force Stop]

Update SymptoT° to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SymptoT° App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SymptoT° » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SymptoT°.

Fix SymptoT° unable to contact server/ SymptoT° internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SymptoT° » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SymptoT° » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SymptoT°
