Not allowing me to create an account.

I was recently hired and told to download this app, watch videos, and was given a code to do so. After trying to create an account with the office code and the required information, the Create Account button refused to respond. I contacted contact support and they got back to me the next day (today) saying to make sure the code was correct and all information was entered. The email also instructed to reply back to the email if further assistance was needed. Even though I did what they suggested several times already, I tried again after receiving the email to no avail. I then go to reply back to the email as instructed only to be met with a notification that the email address is a “do not reply” address and could not receive my email. I’m frustrated on what to do here. I’d be willing to change my review once the issue is actually resolved.
