I discovered TNNS Live a few weeks ago. Love it! But from this morning it lists every match as being followed. If I click to unfollow it doesn't save the remove. I uninstalled the all, reinstalled it and no different. There must be some issue with the app that has corrupted the Following system.

How to fix TNNS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TNNS app on iPhone
Update TNNS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TNNS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TNNS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TNNS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TNNS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TNNS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TNNS App
1. On android, goto Settings » TNNS » click [Force Stop]

Update TNNS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TNNS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TNNS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TNNS.

Fix TNNS unable to contact server/ TNNS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TNNS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TNNS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TNNS
