For some reason I got charged 45$ (I must have purchased the yearly plan and forgotten it?) but when I try to cancel it, it is literally the most difficult process ever. Nowhere on the app does it specify what kind of membership you have, when you will be charged again, the customer support chat doesn’t work, and there’s no way to reach out to inquire about the process of cancelling or why I got charged, etc. In their terms and conditions there’s a small section saying that in order to cancel the contract, you have to send an email with certain information (example: when you ordered it - which I don’t know since it’s been forever and of course it doesn’t give you any information about when I apparently purchased it) and your address for some reason. Suuuuuuper sus and complicated, not worth it.

I had massively high hopes for this app, as I have been a follower of Ferdinand for years and was excited to try an app that’d allow me to bulk with various vegan meals that met my goals.

Well, the ingredients aren’t local, at least in the USA - i also live in NYC where it isn’t a challenge to find essentially everything if you’re looking, but also, this should be something that easily fits into someone’s day to day.

Lastly, there’s no way to cancel the subscription!!! You have to go through this massive process of emailing them then sending an abundance of info that doesn’t even make any logical sense, just to cancel. In order to cancel, I had to contact PayPal.

Highly disappointed. And more disappointed with the fact that some of my complaints aren’t new, they’re complaints ppl have been saying since 2 years ago - I gave the app a chance thinking they’d have changed these small, but impactful, changes. But smh, they have not. Do better.

I was hoping for oil-free vegan foods and a workout plan. That’s not at all what you get. And what’s really messed up is you have to actually sign up to really see what you’re getting. I asked for a refund a few minutes after buying it and they won’t give it to you. They don’t give you a workout. You have to manually enter what workout you do each day and the exact time. It’s just crap. And if you’re in the US, good luck finding the foods recommended. And the recipes take FOREVER to make, and EVERY SINGLE ONE has oil!!! It’s an awful app, I’m super disappointed and I don’t recommend it, it’s not what you’ll want.
