Sorting by price filter does not work whatsoever.
Also if you leave FanaticsCollect and come back to it you will have to start scrolling all over again; it does not save your spot.
I suggest start bidding on web browser and only use FanaticsCollect for bidding on things you have already been following/bidding on.
Do not try to find new items to bid on with FanaticsCollect .

All I need is to find the price of my cards that’s IT

Takes 1-2 weeks or longer for them to process fulfillment requests via their app or website. UI of app is good though.

App is very slow when loading auctions and will kick me out.

Why is there no dashboard where you can manage active auctions where you are bidding? Seems you have to search every time for the same listing.

Marketplace accepts cards and identifies cards from within the company. PWCC mislabeled my item causing it to sell much less than what it was worth. I contacted PWCC about the mislabeled item and was told that the card was going to sell as is. My issue ticket is currently “in a managers inbox” going on 2 weeks.

This card sold for 7x less then actual value.

Assuming they won’t correct my issue I will take this as a loss and will refuse to send any other cards.

I do not recommend sending high valued cards to this marketplace.

I can’t actually use FanaticsCollect . I entered my username and password, then accepted faceID login and all I get is a black screen. Hoping this gets fixed asap.

I don’t understand what happened with the grading and pay after they sell through the weekly auction. I’m disabled and don’t have any income the first couple times I submitted went great and paid as soon as I got the invoice. So I submitted 40 more cards and then 55 more after that because I knew the 40 would pay for both submissions and have money left over. It took 50 days to get them back and about 7 days for curation and then I got to wondering about that and they had a hold on them until I pay for the grading. It was a shock because I didn’t have any warning at all on that and that was the big reason for me using PWCC to begin with and now I have all those cards in there and no way to pay for them. I was just wondering if anyone else has this happened to them.

Use the website if you’re trying to participate in weekly auctions. FanaticsCollect consistently crashes and only for the weekly options. Makes me want to pull my cards out completely it’s so frustrating

Go look at their google reviews for their physical location in Tigard, OR. Have been overcharged, lied to, and stolen from. Highly recommend you store yr cards elsewhere. Would also stay away from their shady marketplace.

Searching for cards is made impossible. It freezes every time. My phone heats up significantly when using FanaticsCollect.

The newly updated app make it hard to scroll through the items… whenever I click on an item and hit back it refreshes my page and take me back to to very beginning. Had to scroll down again back to where I was at.

And I am not able to copy the name of the listing as well. Which make it an extra step for me to search for item’s market price and sold history.

Every time I try to submit something into my vault, it takes me to safari and it just says “oops page not found” so I cant put anything into my vault. And when I try to do anything really it takes me to safari and I’m tired of it.

Downloaded FanaticsCollect as I enjoy adding to my collection via online auctions and have used PWCC before. I mainly use eBay and have found their app very easy and straightforward to use. I do want to note I have only used FanaticsCollect since Fanatics took it over from PWCC.

First impression was good. App was easy to download and sign up for. It’s fairly easy to use and find what you are searching for.

I do find it somewhat clunky to use though and bidding is not very user friendly. For example, you can only increase your bid by the amount FanaticsCollect wants you to bid (so $1, $2, etc increment) vs you putting in an amount. You also need to pay the buyer premium so a $20 bid will ultimately be higher (FanaticsCollect does note this). Shipping and handling is a flat fee and starts at $5 and they charge a premium for using credit cards too. Also, they add additional time to the end of the the auction so when I thought I had won my item, it went into an additional bid period allowing the price to change. Lastly, I have not received any updates on my purchase to notify me if/when it will ship or a tracking number. I won an auction on a Sunday night, paid Monday morning and 7 days later still no item. In the meantime, I have won an item from eBay after my Fanatics win, and have already received.

I purchased an expensive fixed priced card through PWCC and paid via ach transfer same day. They told me several days later fraud was detected on my account and they froze my account and required extensive information from me to approve my purchase including bank statements. I was dealing with Katie Breninger who is their “trust and safety lead” but she stopped replying to my emails and would never answer my questions directly. I tried contacting them via social media, filing complaints, and every other option I could but was still being kept in the dark as to why they wouldn’t ship my card out. I then asked for a refund but they refused and I couldn’t get one through my bank as it was an ACH transfer. Overall I would NEVER purchase through PWCC/Fanatics Collect again and if you do your research you won’t either. Complete incompetence and shady business practices form this company. Save your money and time and purchase elsewhere.

FanaticsCollect is legitimately unusable for me. It keeps saying I need to verify my account which I’ve done. If they fix this my rating will increase immediately but as of now I can’t use FanaticsCollect

Also app is just simply worse than before. The way everything is listed makes it significantly harder to sort through and consider multiple auctions at once. It’s impossible to sort or filter through your bids or watch list and filtering options on the regular search are limited relative to the old app too. Why would they possibly take away functionality when updating FanaticsCollect ? This is exactly what fanatics does to every part of the hobby they touch, it’s so disappointing.

Already miss PWCC owning this platform outright. Hilariously inept first interface from Fanatics but what can you expect from such a cancer of a company. No filters for favorites or your bids. They also removed sorting by earliest year which is what I used exclusively. Whole site is much uglier and bulkier now. They have Also removed the smaller sports outright like golf, racing, fighting, misc sport, etc.

Overall FanaticsCollect is 3.5 stars. But the search function is -2 and getting worse with each update. For example, why does it now show sold listings when I search in the weekly??

App seems to work well for managing your vault inventory but I am a buyer and you cannot search auctions or bid through FanaticsCollect . Disappointing.

FanaticsCollect is great everything is perfect about it but everytime I have to exit application and enter again because it WONT LOAD THE PAGES every single time sometimes I’m waiting 5 min to load and lost opportunities in serious Bids that I know I could’ve won

There’s no way to check the bids/offers you have alrdy submitted without searching for each specific item… lots of things they can do to FanaticsCollect to improve it

Im an adult who has never traded cards for money but always collected them growing up and FanaticsCollect has changed my perspective completely on what card trading can do for your mental and financial health

You can tell PWCC took their time with FanaticsCollect as it not only is easy to use and has a great user interface, it’s also extremely easy to find the cards you’re interested in. Great filtering system to easily sift through thousands of cards and bid on straight from your phone.

Plus I’m a huge fan of their flash auctions as I can submit a card midweek to a weekly auction and it will close on that Sunday. Perfect for modern cards 💯💯.

FanaticsCollect is setting the new standard for buying and selling cards. FanaticsCollect is smooth and fluid and super accessible for truly anyone to use. I sell cards regularly and PWCC has created the most hands off experience I have ever experienced in resale. My favorite place to maximize my sales and offers me a huge inventory and selection to shop cards. Don’t sleep on these guys! They are awesome!

I have had some difficulties since I am basically technologically challenged!
But PWCC has walked me through it and helped me navigate the process

I love the PWCC mobile app! I mainly use it for the sales history tool that helps me value my cards using past sales comps. I also love the high res images of my cards. They look just as good as holding your card in hand.

Love FanaticsCollect although the last day or two it just goes to a blank screen after loading.

FanaticsCollect makes it way easier to use PWCC services, especially the vault. I love being able to easily share high quality scans of my cards to social and browse the marketplace when I don’t have my computer with me. Excited to see FanaticsCollect get better over time!

First experience this weekend. Had a lot of help with chat and email to pull it off since I had questions, all of which were answered. One heck of a lot less complicated and expensive than ebay. Accusations of shill bidding is nonsense. Beef I had was with grading service, not PWCC. And PWCC takes care to obtain $25 Beckett grading!

man these guys are terrible!MISTAKES on my account from sending wrong cards to csg-bgs for grading. listing 5 of the same card in a weekly auction!making a 3 card lot of tiger woods 1997 gold foil rc . the person running my account should be FIRED !im done with pwcc after they auction off my items! DONE gonna try goldin . so far goldin has been ok .just started with them!

I just used your Grade and submit cards for the weekly auction and was greatly disappointed with the outcome! After auctioning my 30 cards, I owed YOU money. I researched current sales on other auction sites and figured my sales on your site were about 1/3 of the other sites!! According to my research, my cards would have sold on another site for a minimum of around $800, (the very least), on your site they sold for a little over $400!!! I might have thought that is just the luck of the draw, but I find it odd that EVERY card sold under current sales! There were 5 cards that didn't sell and I was told I "forfeited" those cards to you!?? I don't remember seeing that in my submission. I'm afraid to submit the next group of cards I selected, I would hate to see one of my Upper Deck Griffey rookie cards sell for $200 or $300!!!
