First of April I put in a over $200 order. My order and shipping number has not been refreshed nor updated and it's now April 17. I can not get a hold of anyone via phone. I've sent multiple emails with NO response.. but they had NO problem charging my Credit card that day..... This needs to be reported and legally something done... And I am just the person to do so....

I am trying to return 2 out of 3 items I received from Halara because they don’t fit. Sent EVERYTHING they asked for but I feel like they are stalling because they are suggesting alternatives to refunding and multiple cust serv people are emailing me for same info about refund request.

I am trying to get a hold of customer service because they keep sending me emails that don't answer my problem. I ordered something twice because I never got a confirmation email and I have been trying to get a refund but the order numbers do not match when I enter it on the return link that Lena sent me.Please help me as I only have till 2/3 to return. I have been trying to return for over 2 wks! I read all the negative feedback but I want to make my own opinion about Halara. Please give me a customer service phone number so I can get this resolved.

I placed an order December 12th and never got it even though it said it would be here the 21st and now it’s saying I didn’t add a shipping address but i when I go back to see the order the address is there and it’s been “returned to sender” and the app is asking for reviews for clothes I never received

I asked about an order and was told an expert would be able to answer my question for $3.00. Halara has experts to help me for $3.00? Are you kidding me? I want to return an item, but can’t because I don’t have the order number.

I placed an order as a gift on December 18th or 19th. I never received confirmation email and now have no way to track down the order! I have no shipping information or delivery date. The payment for the order was taken from my credit card....I really need to talk to someone at Halara about WHY I received NO email confirmation or further information about this order.
