I was a fan last year of MenuMaker now I actually subscribed now nothing saves.. can’t get pass 1 page without a crash

Paid for MenuMaker , spent hours working on a menu for a restaurant I’m opening up. Never closed MenuMaker , went to sleep, woke up got ready then went to get back to work on the menu. Opened MenuMaker (from the already opened apps) it showed my menu before clicking on it. Clicked on MenuMaker it then brought me to the main menu and offered me to buy the paid version I’m already paying for. Tried continuing through, MenuMaker tells me I already own and pay for the paid version yet my menu is gone!!!!! HOURS OF WORK ILL NEVER GET BACK, PARTS OF MY MENU I MAY NEVER BE ABLE TO REDO. I’m fuming!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous, DONT BUY. STICK TO ADOBE.

Just designed a menu and app won’t stay open for me to print it!!! Can’t cancel my subscription because of this either! Rip off!

I only had MenuMaker for a sec just a second and every second I’m trying to make my menu an ad comes on and it is very irritating 😠!!!

I just spent 90 precious minutes creating a menu only for it to delete everything when I attempted to save it. Huge waste of time that I can’t get back. Better off using notes.

Randomly crashes without saving anything. There’s no way to make copies of projects to create multiple versions. Spent 6+ hours on a menu, it crashed and COMPLETELY disappeared. I don’t have the energy to start over, such a waste of my time. I hate MenuMaker

Was able to make a few menus to test out all the features, the moment I pay for the year, the QR function doesn't work anymore. Major waste of money and time.

Don’t bother with MenuMaker. You’ll spend time designing the menu and it either doesn’t save or deletes out of nowhere! Not only that but your subscription also somehow deletes so you’ll need to buy subscription again

App could be awesome if it didnt crash consistently! Save your work very very often or you will have to start all over again. MenuMaker has potential, but I guess you have to pay more to keep MenuMaker from freezing and losing your work.

I paid $50 in December to use MenuMaker for a year . It just stopped working out of nowhere and deleted all of the menus i have been working on since December. Its also telling me to pay for MenuMaker again 😡🤬

Update: still haven’t been able to restore purchases
I also just SPENT 2 hours working on a menu for MenuMaker to glitch out and delete all of my work

It’s a basic text editor with the ability to paste in generic shapes and images, which they offer 4 different price packages for, and the free version will lock your entire screen with intrusive ads every minute of having MenuMaker open.

Save your time and money and use iPhones built in Pages or Numbers app. They’re both more capable and less annoying.

I paid for MenuMaker to just delete and move my work constantly. I had about four different designs I was working on and when I would come back to edit them in my saved work, I realized they were slowly disappearing until there was only one left. And when the work was still there, the background shapes changed to different sizes each time I open and closed a saved piece. I ended up using Adobe Express, this was a waste of time and money.

Multiple times has crashed and lost projects that have taken a lot of time.

Iv only had MenuMaker for about 24 hours and I’m having issues with it continuously closing and not allowing me to choose a picture when starting a new project. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it’s doing the same thing. How do I contact customer service

It’s pretty easy to use and I can make some really nice menu’s with MenuMaker. That’s all for the positives.

MenuMaker crashes often and when it does crash if you’re working on something then it’ll be completely gone unless you saved it before it crashed, which is unlikely. Who’s going to think about “oh I should save this project every 10 minutes.” The cut feature always causes a crash so I don’t use that at all whatsoever, leaving MenuMaker and coming back will cause it to refresh followed by a crash sometimes. Stickers and images could use more diversity and options, they’re just not good to be honest.

Fix your bugs or make the templates auto save because it’s ridiculous and extremely time consuming that it isn’t a standard feature.

My son needed these templates for a school project however not all of them are free and they should say that when you download MenuMaker

It’s a great menu maker for those who need it although most it is for premium price.

It’s great for my restaurants very helpful when making my Menu because it’s always changing
