Hello, I hope this message reaches Amad Marwat. I have no other way of reaching out so I have no other choice. I have been using idownloadsPLUS PRO since 2012 and have really enjoyed the app. So much so that I purchased all the upgraded versions. I recently needed to update my phone to iOS14.5.1 and unfortunately when I went to use the app it does not work as it needs to be updated by the developer. I know this is a long shot, but I would greatly appreciate it if I could either get in touch with Amad or if he sees this post he could update it for the last time so I could extract all my files. Thank you so much for your time.

Every time a new ad shows up - which is, mind you, quite often - it lowers the keyboard and prevents me from typing. Wouldn’t be too much of a problem, but there’s a near constant problem where when I try to go back to typing, there’s an error where it doesn’t move the text to be above the on-screen keyboard so I have to spend five minutes trying to get it to let me see what I’m typing. Cue the next interrupting ad.

The system it uses for saving is the most pathetic thing I have ever used… deleted my work several times, somehow doubled the amount of questions I had on a 40 question quiz (and it takes like 5 seconds to delete each one and it has to be done individually!!!), and on top of that it takes 50 years to “save” only to get deleted 5 seconds after the fact
Saving Google Form takes FOREVER

Spinning wheel whenever I try to save. At first it was just a little longer than a normal to save the survey. Now I can’t even get the survey to open. It just spins and spins forever. I can preview it, but cannot load the survey. I have tried restarting my phone, exiting & returning to app, but it won’t load or save! Very frustrating.
