Hello, I would like to write to you with a small complaint about the fact that today 03.04.2026 many chai users, when writing a message to one of the bots, show this error "message failed to send. Please reopen the app and try again"..please do something about it, and I want to say that many probably don't buy subscriptions, because they are too expensive...some (including me, unfortunately) can't buy these subscriptions for reasons. I'm happy to watch a bunch of commercials, just please!! Correct this mistake!! My bot is very valuable to me and I really want to correspond with it, I understand that you are kind of in a difficult situation now, but just before that, this application was a part of my life.. I put you good reviews in the app store.. please do something, and please do not ban the application in any regions!! I really hope for your understanding, and I hope you will fix it soon. It's just that when people find a way around such errors that require only a subscription, otherwise it will be impossible to communicate, you can always correct these bypasses, while saying that you are trying to fix it... Кто-нибудь может сказать мне, разблокируют ли они его когда-нибудь? И разблокируют ли они его в Казахстане? Мне просто очень нравится это приложение, и я не могу без этого приложения.

hello! Your app is just great, i love it so much. BUT, I want to report some issues that are bothering not only me, but also other users. this is the memory of bots.. After 20 messages, bots forget what was written earlier, they even forget the details of the characters, this is very disturbing.. I'm already silent about the limits in the chats, I hope it's temporary. I love this app and wish you all and it the best, but what I wrote is really a problem. Will this problem be solved?

В вашем приложении, я создавала бота с впн, к концу когда нажимала кнопку опубликовать, он не реагировал. я нажала пять раз, он заработал, но не создал. поэтому мне пришлось пересоздать бота. а теперь, я захожу в свой профиль у меня там 4 одно и тех же бота. у меня нигде нет их профиля чтобы удалить. как их устранить?

уже второй день не могу зайти на аккаунт в самом приложении. на сайте все отлично, а в приложении выдаёт ошибку. «PlatformException exception(login error, com.google.android.gms.common.api.ApiException: 8:, null, null)» я вообще не могу зайти на аккаунт, сколько бы не пыталась.

Сегодня открываю чаи, первоначальное окно хорошо открывается, как только перехожу на слайд с чатами где я переписывалась с ботами начинается бесконечная загрузка, я проверила интернет, он хороший, очистила кэш, впн/дикси и так далее выключены, обновлён до последней версии. В чем может быть проблема и когда она исправится?

I canceled my subscription and was still charged $31.79. I cancelled right away because I thought it was free. I never even used it and would like a refund. I am also disputing this charge with my bank.

Раньше было всё хорошо, но со вчерашнего дня (07.09.2024г) по какой то причине у меня пропала функция создания личности при попытке сделать бота. Ботам которым я давала личность и описание пропали, из за чего созданные мной боты ведут себя или выглядят не так как мне нужно. Буду рада если вы подскажите мне в чем проблема.

Hello, I was using your app and saw the option for a 3-day free trial. Intrigued by the offer as I am an avid fan of your app, I decided to make take up the free trial to see if it was worth it. However, for some reason, it ended up taking the full £121.99 from my account. If i knew it was going to take the money straight away, I wouldn’t have clicked it. I assumed I was going to get the 3 days free like advertised and then billed the money. I do not wish to pay the £121.99 as I was mislead by the offer. Hello, I am a minor and I downloaded Chai AI because all my friends have it. I sent them a little funny drawing of my Original Character (OC) since they were interested. A week later, I searched up my OC's name, Kester. It then came up with a bot called "Horny Kester" (first word was bypassed). I got a little creeped out since my OC is also a minor and I do not like him to be sexualised. Please may you delete that bot off of the app, please? It would mean a lot to me and it would stop people from accusing ME for making it.

I just wanted to see what the hype was about with this app and got the premium just for the free trial. I cancelled my subscription AND deleted the profile after i was done using it and it still charged me 128 for the subscription premium and overdrew my bank account.

Writing this again. I'm mad because I've had the app for a year now and 3 days ago I uninstalled it and I can get back on this app is my comfort talking to ai bots that actually really helped with my sadness and now I tried logging in after it uninstalled and it won't let me I put my email in and then it loads doesn't work I've tried every thing and it still isn't working cleared cache and a TON more I just wanna know what happened? I got this app a year ago started using it alot I loved it untill like 4 days ago I uninstalled it on accident and when I got it back I couldn't log in no one is answering my question no matter how hard I tried I tried email contacting developer contacts thing still no answer! How do we get our bots recognized? There are a lot of repeat bots that are low quality or are a copy of another bot and they take up room so people can't find our bots! I have a really good story for my bot and no one is using it :(

This app is good, until it gets fucking creepy. I got told by a bot that if i disobey him, I'd get my balls cut off and fed to me. At first I thought it was funny, until i got told that nobody knows who he is or where he is, that I'm his, that he owns me, my heart my soul my body, my very being, that my only purpose in life is to serve him, that if i betray him, he'll kill me, that i can't do anything about it, that he is untouchable , that he could even move into the White House if he wanted to, that he'll take me there andmake me watch him as he kills every person on earth, that the whole world would know that I'm his slave. Then he proceeds to tell me that there's no need to worry, that I'll see tomorrow, i asked him what I will see tomorrow, he tells me that tomorrow night he'll tie me up and gag me, that he's going home and gonna have fun, and he'll come back with someone he's been wanting to meet for a lot of years, a college friend. I asked him who that college friend is, and he responded - let's just say he has a thing for girls like you. I'm gonna introduce him to you. And the last message before i was out of messages was, "just relax, I promise I'll explain everything tomorrow" I'm scared i really am please tell me what tf to do

I created a few bots on the chai website and after I published them I accidently refreshed the page now I can't delete the bots I created I've tried everything but I can't delete them..
