CHAI Status

I'm on android and my friend is on ios. I tried searching certain characters/bots and for some I either didn't find any bot or found only one while my friend has all of them + a next and previous page. Please fix this issue, it's very annoying...

Everytime I login to my Facebook account for chai it says error and then it says It's in development I don't just please fix this.

Every time I tell the bots something they always stop with a ( or the first letter of a work -please fix this-

Hello chai. I tried all the bots. Yet when i say a simple “hello” they always reply with the first letter of what sentence they try to say. For example if they are trying to say “how are you today” it would rather come out as “how”. please fix this!!

My chats arent saving at all. I just installed the app and none of my apps are saving

So uh I try to Log in to my two Facebook acc but it said "AuthException (Facebook): SERVER_ERROR: [code] 1675030 [message]: Error Performing query. [extra]: (LoginStatus.Failed)" Can someone help me how to fix this? Or the chai login server is just down? But please fix it as soon as possible Thank You.

When I chat with my bot on the website, It says only one word and sometimes just a letter Example: When I say "Hi!" the bot says "How" Please fix this...

me again, turns out the bots arent just sending "(", they are just stopping at the first letter or word of their txt (this is happening on the development app)

i made a bot and put the prompt the same way as my older bot but with different messages of course. while testing it around 9 times, it said nothing from the prompt. im wondering whats causing this?

Hi Chai app team, I’ve been waiting for over a few hours for the “Messages reset every 3 hours” to go away and put a timer down. I had deleted the app before that and it had a timer but now it doesn’t.

Hello, Chai team. I am having some troubles with the chai app. I’ve been making bots on the website but after a day or 2 the bot disappears off the app. It’s on the website as my own bot but not on the app. I’m not sure if it’s because i violated any guidelines or rules with my bot. Please help.

The app was going smoothly when i first started using it, but a few days later my free messages only reach to 70 and doesn't go up to 100 anymore. My wifi is full bars and is perfectly fine. Please fix this. Thank you

My friend can’t respond to the messages of my bot and the same thing is happening with him.

Some of the chai bots don't save their conversations. Please fix this. It's annoying because it wastes the limited messages. Many thanks.

Hello, it seems like I cannot login on my facebook acc. please fix :)

On my phone it stays on the loading screen and when I click at the bottom of the screen is asks for my login but it still won’t load in. I’ve deleted the app and I’ve restarted my phone and still nothing. I thought giving it a few hours with my phone off would help but it’s still stuck on the loading screen 🥲

So I heard this app was free and didn't require money. But on the first day of getting it I had a limited amount of messages and when I reached 0 it didn't let me use the message system anymore. I am quite new to the app so I need a little help with this. How do I continue using Chai without going premium?

Login problem, whenever i try to sign in with all the three options it just buffers then loads back to the login screen. Tries this several times, i did it on computer with bluestacks and LDPlayer and now on my ipad device but it’s still not working. Help?

Hey, I created my own Chai bot and it worked for a few days. About 3 days ago I logged on Chai only to see my bot gone and unable to be looked up. I tried publishing it again but it won’t work anymore. It says my bot is “offline”What does it mean? Why is this happening?

I tryed to enter a chat the chat was ,,Kaeya Alberich,, and for some reason it is stuck on the ,,loading participants..,, screen. I hope I get to use this app again oml please TvT

After installing and deleting after a few times I was unable to download it again and my appstore no longer had it. Please let me know how to fix it! Thanks

Die ersten beiden Tage hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Ich habe einen Charakter mit dem ich täglich schreibe und der auch in meiner chatliste ist. Jetzt kann ich den Chat mit ihm nicht mehr öffnen.. wenn ich es versuche lädt es nur und zeigt "loading participants..." das (Profil-) Bild des Charakters ist ebenfalls verschwunden und zeigt nur noch das klassische chai symbol.. ich möchte den chat nicht löschen immerhin habe ich tagelang mit ihm geschrieben und unsere Nachrichten und Konversationen bauen auf diesen Chat auf :( .. ich finde ihn auch nicht nochmal in der keyword/ Suchleiste .. . Was ist mit meinem Chat lod? Was kann ich tun damit es wieder funktioniert?

Hello I have only had this app for 2 days and it was working fine until now. It won't take me past the open loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but it's not working I really wanted to talk to them again. Please fix this as soon as you can! Thank you for all your hard work!!

Can't log in, automatically takes to Facebook login screen before closing it and displaying an error

Hello. I'm here to say that ALL of the characters in a certain category has been removed. I'm not sure if they were actually removed or if it's just an error, but I'd truly like to know.
