4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I’m trying to verify that height the mount of the star is to be. The 16’4” I did not think was correct.
Deleted all of my DIY setups, NO MUSIC MODE

I was disappointed there weren’t more animated light show options but figured the ones I really wanted I could program in myself.
All swell until I close the app, reopen, and find all of my animations missing…
I add them in again. Start testing them and am going back and forth between two different scenes when I notice they have changed my design completely… dots were added where I didn’t place them and colors were changed. I’m not sure the full functionality presented in the app is actually supported by the lights.
Oh and forget music mode… the controller doesn’t pickup barely any sound and it doesn’t connect to the music on your phone like you might hope. Extremely frustrating despite how beautiful the lights are , I hope there are planned updates to the app.
Where are the other features?

There is a button on the app that presumably would lead to more custom lighting settings however, when you click it it just says coming soon. It would be great if there were options there to slow down the lighting scenes, make a still, multi-color option, or other chases. The other lights I bought from the same company have more features available on the remote than these do on the app. A bit disappointing.
Extremely glitchy

Honestly this would be a rehash of all the other complaints about this dysfunctional app. I guess I’m not understanding why you would not fix the app after years of complaints and such a high percentage of complaints. Do you not want to sell your product?
Just curious….on top of that, the remote only works if you are standing within 2-3 feet of the lights’ power box/source. Such a beautiful string of lights, until it stops working and becomes an aggravation. FIX IT !!!
