I’m Sad. I would have paid for privacy.

Beautiful app. Set it up. Then I looked at the privacy policy.. I am not cool with the tracking of web activity or the selling of my information, or promotional emails. That was my bad for setting it all up then seeing the privacy policy.
Make it a paid for app with PRIVACY. I’d try it again. I would give this 5 stars for ease and aesthetic. Had to give two for the lack of privacy. One last issue.. I am having an issue deleting the account. It won’t work. Sent an email, I hope for a quick resolve.

This app is not well coded. It's missing things like the ability to control light and dark mode from within the app even the ability to delete the cards you've created – you can't delete a card, but have to go through each card and delete the contents of each field, field by field (and if you delete your name, the app will complain that the card has to have a name, even though it didn't before you entered your name).

But the clincher for me was the customer service. I wrote to them asking about the ability to turn dark mode on and off within the app and received responses from "Ella" with no greeting (maybe they think calling their app "HiHello "should be greeting enough for anybody), a haughty tone, and no closing – no "Thank you for using HiHello!", or, "Thank you for being a paid customer!" – not even "Sincerely" or "All the best". Just…nothing, as if my very existence was an annoyance to her. So I canceled my subscription and will be deleting the app and certain not to annoy Ella again.

This is wonderful! I’m going to use and recommend to all my friends! A few suggestions... it would be nice to be a me to customize your own field name. For example, I have 2 “direct” lines bc I work out of 2 offices. I wish I could name them custom names. Also, I wish I could format the address to line break so it doesn’t awkwardly wrap the text. Lastly, please make the “download vcf” link larger or add a button. People need to be able to add to phone fast - nobody will want to jack with texting the card to themselves. The vcf link is too small and hidden. Thanks!!!!!!
