I can’t add detail without the done button sliding off the screen, and it glitches to where I have to close the app and open it all over again, I’ve tried uninstalling and downloading again but nothing yet

How to fix Tradeblock app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tradeblock app on iPhone
Update Tradeblock app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tradeblock iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tradeblock on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tradeblock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tradeblock Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tradeblock not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tradeblock App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tradeblock » click [Force Stop]

Update Tradeblock to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tradeblock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tradeblock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tradeblock.

Fix Tradeblock unable to contact server/ Tradeblock internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tradeblock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tradeblock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tradeblock
