RenphoHealth is just bad. The whole reason I purchased the scale was to sync my body weight measurements to apple health. It does not do this. I’m not even sure what the point of RenphoHealth is because it has never worked right. Every time I open it none of my weighs are there. I still have the previous app and it works great. My scale model shows as does my personal info, but no information from the scale sticks. If the new scales have to rely on RenphoHealth I may have to look into a different brand when the time comes.

I’ve never written a review before but RenphoHealth is so awful I feel obligated. Took me several attempts to create my account. Now I can’t sign in. Have had to receive codes through email to change my perfectly fine password several times to try and it still doesn’t let me in. I was only able to... RenphoHealth is really bad. The old one was better but only by a little bit.

Why does my scale need a password? Who will be digging through my weight history? Why does it need my location? YOU DONT NEED THAT INFO!

Why can’t we have a simple app that tracks your weight and makes it ... Show more available? Now I’m locked out of RenphoHealth for no reason whatsoever and when I tap in “forgot password” nothing happens.

Don’t recommend this product or app because of the poor quality and the constant demand to add my location to RenphoHealth .

Shopping for new device.

I have reconnect the machine everytime I need to put data in my phone. It doesn’t give itself. I think there is no problem with the machine, the problem is RenphoHealth . They need some serious updates otherwise thery are missing a lot because the scale works good.

why does iPad app work excellent and iPhone app doesn’t work at all? scale is wifi connected and connected to bluetooth on iPad but iPhone doesn't even see the scale and even before i connected it to wifi. The data recorded in RenphoHealth is inaccurate. My original measurements have been changed to numbers far less than they should be. I normally write down my measurements but because I thought RenphoHealth would track trends I didn’t write them down, now I have no idea what my original measuremen... I am not a review person. But I’ve been using RenphoHealth and scale to measure my weight for the past three months. It was super comprehensive and a great way to track measurements. I left a message previously but want to add that not only does nothing work after the update but all my previous information is gone as well. Being a heart patient who’s supposed to weigh every day, is why I bought this scale. It worked fine until this update. I’m definitely not a happy camper.

The previous app worked so well, why not just update it instead of creating a new one? Bought a new scale and it’s not computable with old app and had to down load this one. Now I need to have two apps since I have to scales and can’t use the Renpho measurement tape with RenphoHealth either… above... Show more all this, you can’t use RenphoHealth if you don’t have internet/Wi-Fi because there’s a new Home Screen with “cards” that has less information than the previous Home Screen. Why do I need internet to use a Bluetooth scale?? Please remove this Home Screen and add comparability for all your devices. Better yet, get rid of RenphoHealth because it’s terrible and go back to the old one and make your upgrades/updates there…

RenphoHealth is not working correctly. I reset RenphoHealth several times but is not linking with the scale . It was working good but 1 week ago RenphoHealth is having problems

My wife and I are on the same Renpho Health account. With that being said when she weighs and I weigh myself sometimes it will duplicate her stats on my account. Show more t my goal which I can assure you I have not and am not even close. Even once I deleted her entry I still records that I have hit the goal. It’s little but it’s annoying. Also they still have not been able to bring my information from the previous app to this one. Nor have they brought the body measurements ability over.

I have the scale and BP Cuff which work nice but only the scale exports data to Apple. They don’t have any exporting for BP. So even if my doctor wanted daily tests by a cheap BP cuff, they have to rely on me adding data by hand daily.

The Renpho scale is nice.
It's nice to have RenphoHealth to track progress.
It would be nicer if the act of weighing in didn't pause whatever I was listening to at the time.

I like it but can you make it an option to plot our metrics over time instead of having to click through calendar?

The old renpho app for my smart scale was amazing. I never had connectivity issues and all I had to do is turn my app and Bluetooth on then step on the scale.

Love this scale and app. We have multiple users on same scale with no issue. And I have my one profile on two scales (I split my time between two locations) and it works seamlessly. It’s so nice to be able to track my stats no matter which location I’m in.

I really like RenphoHealth for my scale, the body fat, BMI and other data are very interesting to track and monitor. I’ve had zero problems with this scale. I keep in same location so haven’t had to recalibrate and am a single user, so no issues with multiple accounts. Pairs well with the Health and My Fitness Pal apps. Easy to use, plenty of stats. Only suggestion would be an explanation of the data relevance an... Show more d why each is important.

Apps don’t work! Trash connectivity

Glitchy and stalls. Can’t add demographics to app- just fails at a blank screen. Tried reinstall, won’t Bluetooth to scale

Love the refreshed app and new scale. I am more motivated by these health indicators to make real changes.
